Some things that I like is that he was very honest and upfront with the cost. It's not like he tries to tell me anything more or less. He just says this is what you need to do, and then he gave me few options like maybe you can change the condenser and not the ducts. He kinda laid his options. He was very honest and open and very outstanding. I know nothing about heating and air condition so I took my time to learn. And he was patient and he explains things to me. And then I said I will get quotes from other companies and that's what I have done but his was the lowest.
