EXPERT WINDOW AND DOOR INSTALLATIONS

Not well. Gary said that he does not do "small jobs" and that he couldn't refer me to anyone else. What he said does not reflect at all what reviewers have said, nor what his website claims as his services.

Slow but well done.

Gary came by and provided an estimate based on the special needs at my home. On the day of installation, he called to say he could come by a bit earlier than expected and asked if it was okay. I confirmed the early arrival. Once at the job site, he and his partner set to work installing the door and reinstalling the alarm system and special bolts required. They cleaned up the work area and were very thorough in the service they provided.

Gary did a beautiful job with our windows. He puts out high quality work but treats it like it was for his own home. His crew was timely, well trained and made sure everything in the house was protected, not to soil anything. Each evening they cleaned up meticulously.

We hired Gary/Expert Window and Door Installations to put an accordion door between our living room and dining room and a swinging door from the kitchen into the dining room. There were previously no doors there. He did an excellent job, the doors are high quality and they look great. Because one of the door frames was uneven, Gary had a bit of a challenge, but he came through! I highly recommend Gary but I will say he was a bit hard to get a hold of and the time between ordering the doors and the installation was longer than expected. That being said, I would use him, again.

Excellent! Gary made time to give us an estimate, check in with door store for correct measurements and provided a date for service shortly thereafter. He was very professional, courteous and positive. A thorough and clean job.

The guy was really nice, and he went through all the alternatives. We started of at 17,000, and we kept going down by less likeable material and stuff. I think, we got down to 11,000. The guy was excellent! He was very open, and he showed me everything. He showed me pictures, samples and costs. He also showed me quality A and quality B. He was very nice about going down to the least expensive. All are okay, however, they're so expensive.

He did a great job. He showed up on time and was very thorough. He made sure both doors were working properly before he left.

MR. KUYKENDALL PERFORMED EXCELLENT WORK ON BOTH DOORS SO THAT REPAIR WORK WAS NOT DETECTABLE AT ALL. HE ALSO AGREED TO REPLACE DOOR HANDLES AND LOCKS ON OUR OTHER FRENCH DOORS AT A NOMINAL CHARGE. HE WAS BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND SKILLFUL AND LEFT OUR PREMISES NEAT AND CLEAN.
