EVERLAST ROOFING

The job went exceptionally well. They did the job quickly. The results we well above average, and they cleaned up very well

The first day they showed up on time with a huge bin to put the old roofing material in. The old roof was basically off the first day. The second day they had to clean up all the debris from the old roof like the nails and tiles that did not come off the first day. They removed all the rotten wood in the roof. They cleaned up every day after they were done for the day. They did a good job of cleaning up the hundreds of old nails from the old roof. We found a few here and there but in places they would not have been seen so I don't blame the company for the nails I did eventually find weeks later. They got the correct permits from the city and had the city sign off at every part of the job necessary.They applied plywood to the entire roof after patching any place that was removed because of bad wood. They coordinated with the person I had rebuilding my patio covers because the patio covers had to have the rotten wood removed and replaced before the new roof could go on the patio covers which Everlast Did. We had a 1 day delay due to the city inspector being back logged. We do not blame Everlast for this at all it was out of their control, but they did call the inspector to get him out here as soon as possible so that work could continue. Everlast made sure that we had all the appropriate legal documents stating that we did not owe the supplier of the roofing materials in a very timely manner. The Head of the crew was there everyday checking on the work and answering any questions I had. The Final painting of all the flashings and pipes on the roof matched the roof great. They suggested a rain gutter company which worked out great. They even left us a little paint that matched the flashings should we have to repaint or patch something in the future because of adding anything to the house. We paid for the 50 year shingles because they were only $1,000. more in cost which we felt was very reasonable. The cost of the roof was not as low as my neighbor's but her roof didn't require the plywood under the shingles when she had it put on. So considering the cost of the plywood for my entire roof I think the price was very reasonable and the work was very good. My roof is one of the better looking roofs in the neighborhood now.

Chris came to tune up our roof and when he checked out our roof he was very thorough. He pointed out an old AIr conditioner that was re-roofed around with different roofing material when put in several years ago before we purchased he even showed me the problem. So we needed to re-roof that area because of the original job. Chris told me he would also seal around some cracks and really clean up the roof. He first bid out project Then I had it done a week ago. What a difference I feel like its all fixed and cleaned up and nothing to worry about. All the vents are sealed of any cracks Chris at Everlast did an great job.
