Ricky was one of three plumbing services I talked to from Angie's list. Turns out his estimate was the lowest too. I got a Bradford White water heater (one of the top brands). Once I decided to do the project, Ricky came out the same day. and from start to finish it took an hour and forty minutes. We talked the whole time and it was a very pleasant conversation. I highly recommend Eco-Friendly and will use them again if I need any other plumbing service.

They gave me a price the day before they came out and said it would be around $25.00 and when they came out and fixed it the next day they demanded a $125.00 payment. I had a good experience the year before but after this I am not as satisfied. They were an hour late on getting here and it was a hassle to get them to fulfill there promises.

Rick called me back promptly, and sent someone out on very short notice. After several snaking attempts, and tangling the snake several times, Rick arrived and determined that a camera would be neccesary to determine the problem. Rick returned the following day for the camera inspection, of which he showed me the video monitor and where there was a collapse in the pipe. He quoted a very fair price to go under the house and replace the collapsed section. I asked him to add the regulator and a water heater valve to the job which was also very reasonably priced. (He even installed a regulator which is not soldered in, and easy for me to replace myself next time it is needed.). The repairs went smoothly and in a timely manner. The crew was pleasent and professional. Rick was informative and friendly. I will definitely call again when plumbing services are needed as well as recommend them.

There services are very good. They had a positive attitude and I was very happy with them. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

These guys were excellent. Smart, articulate, efficient, engaging They explained everything in detail, and made it go just as they said. Yes, they had to dig two big holes and pile up a mountain of dirt in the yard, but the fascinating trenchless technique saved me from having to dig up the WHOLE yard. And they cleaned it all up when they were finished. Having to replace a sewer pipe is a major pain in the butt, but having this team take on the job made it much less so for me. I had six different plumbers look at this job and basically got six different stories about what should be done... and what it would cost. Eco-Friendly was the lowest bid. I don't select contractors based solely on the lowest bid... but these people also presented themselves in such a way that convinced me they really knew what they were doing. In the end, they proved themselves. I will certainly call on them again when I need plumbing help.
