The rate he initially offered was outrageous. To come and troubleshoot just to see what was wrong and what it would take to set it to right,was half the total for same thing AND fixing four major electrical problems by the guy I went with. He just had a slick talk that reeked of over the top rates. Not a match.

Shortly after I submitted my request, I received a phone call. The person was very friendly and helpful, and even came by to give an estimate. He said that he would email me the estimate the following morning, but never did. Never sent any follow-up emails and never even attempted to call me. If the work was too challenging, and email or phone call saying it was over his head would have been appropriate than not emailing or calling at all.

Was not a power problem

I contracted Dynamo Electric through Home Advisor for a electrical panel upgrade from 110 to 200 amps with adding another circuit, and other work including the addition of ceiling fans, wall sconces, 3-way switches, outlets (GFI and USB), and a bathroom exhaust vent up through the roof. Aram was flexible with all additions/revisions to my original contract and suggested improvements to my proposed list to include better coverage which I hadn���t thought of Aram was prompt, always professional and very ethical, energetic, and efficient in completing all the work within the anticipated time frame. His wide experience in many different types of jobs was helpful in incorporating the various types of electrical work I requested, and as it progressed I was more and more pleased with the quality of the work being completed. He is a true business professional as well as very personable, and considers the commitments and relationship with the customer to be his priority. I am very pleased with all the installations throughout my home. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I encourage anyone to contact Dynamo Electric for any and all interior and exterior home improvements!

Aram was contracted to install 16 recessed lights in my new condo. He drew the design for the recessed lights and once approved, he installed them. Aram is very knowledgable and professional. Great service and great value.
