drain cleaning
+ -1 moreDavid came right on time, introduced himself, took a look at the problems and wrote up a "Plan-A" estimate for 522.85. Very fortunately, the 1939 faucet/and handles were removed, fixed, and re-installed with no breakage. Next was the bubbling, now spraying water fountain. He took a look at that, and began digging in the area. Again, very fortunately, the leak was right there. He installed a new pipe...and informed me the old pipe was really far gone. He cleaned up everything very nicely. All was done in about 2 1/2 hours. He was very efficient, very nice, and helpful. He said he's been working with George for awhile now. And George is now referring him out if George is too busy.
Description of Work: I called George's Handyman Service (recommended on Angies List) for 2 problems. George was very nice, and indicated he was very busy and couldn't take my job for over a week. I requested a referral and was given the name David at DMA Plumbing and Rooter. I called David and told him the two problems...a) a newly leaking - drip, drip at the bathtub faucet and also a brand-new "geyser" - probably a broken pipe in the back yard next to an old faucet. David said he could come early the next morning and that was fine with me. I turned off the water to the house to just stop everything.
