Description of Work: Photographed the interior and exterior of house. Collected information on work needed on the house. Reviewed building and lot size, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, roof, flooring, fireplace, toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, built-in appliances. Visually checked interior and exterior painting, windows, doors and foundation. Reviewed recent information on sales of other homes in the area with similiar lot and square footage, and included pictures and addresses of the properties in the report.

I was first impressed by his punctuality and how he walked me through the whole appraisal process. I will definitely recommend Mr. Zahler to any family or friends in need of an appraisal.
