Rude, very uncomfortable having Alex in the house, his assistant was much better.

I liked them, they did a good job. They were flexible with times and schedules. Having them in my home was comfortable.

Washing machine died. I called on a Saturday, and the repairman showed up promptly the same day. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a broken pump and told me the repair would cost $350.00. The price seemed quite excessive, but the alternatives (getting more people to come in and quote) were even more distasteful. He did the repair quickly, but I was surprised that he asked me to provide towels to clean up the water, and made no effort to clean up the water and lint on the floor. I would have been more forgiving about the high price if he had made an effort to keep the workspace clean and do a more professional job.

Dishwasher didn't drain properly. After checking several alternatives, the repairman determined that it was the computer chip, which is no longer available. He suggested that we try an alternate cycle. We felt that he was honest and fair. He also provided us with tips for keeping our refrigerator condenser clean.

I have used them several times now and they are always great. Andrew is the person that we request because he has come on several occasions to our home. He is dependable and honest and really knows his stuff. They are a good company to work with.

I would not use this company again. I did not appreciate a company sticker left inside the fridge wall that I had to scrap off. It offered 15% off labor for the next call; I would rather have been given a discount off the original call instead of being baited into calling again.

I called on a Friday when the part broke. They said he would be there on Saturday; no extra charge. He called before coming and arrived on time. He did the work in a timely manner and cleaned the machine totally which we did not ask him to do. We have used him before and will use again.

The technician was punctual but he was argumentative, derogatory and quite frankly dishonest. He said he repaired my refrigerator door but when I tested it it still had the same problem. I called him back and he came out again and he was arguing with me that it was fixed and it was not. The problem was simple. The refrigerator door would pop open if I closed the freezer. There is no argument when I am standing there and I open the freezer and shut it that the refrigerator door pops open. He finally fixed it and charge me extra for a job he didn't repair right the first time.

Showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, made the repair (seems to work so far). All was good except the price. I feel taken advantage of. After he left, I checked the retail cost of the two coils on the Sears Parts website, and they are $30 each. So, $60 in parts leaves $115 in labor. From the time he called to get my address, to the time he left my apartment was 45 minutes. Therefore, he charged me over $150 an hour for labor, including driving time. I thought the total cost was high at the time, but, of course we're standing there with the dryer in pieces on my floor, what am I going to say? Once I found out how cheap the parts were, I felt burned. Two lessons: Always ask for hourly rates, before letting them in the door, and get an itemized estimate before agreeing to the repair. Just because all the other reviews for a company on Angie's List are good, does not mean you won't get ripped off. At least they were quick about it.

Stanley was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. It is difficult to find a repairman who can fix this type of dishwasher. He had the needed parts with him! I would use his services again without any hesitation.

Repairman on time. Did work promptly. Thought it was overpriced for work performed.

Showed up on time. Did not have an ignitor with the same bracket so he took the new one and replaced the old ignitor in the old bracket. He accidentally broke the ignitor on the first try and had to use a second one. Of course I was only charged for the single ignitor.

The man was at my house within an hour of calling him because he knew I had to pick up my son from school. He was honest, nice, reasonable, and he had the part needed to fix the problem. It was a painless repair.

Alex was courteous and prompt arriving when he said he would. Since the stove is so old he did not have the parts to repair it on his truck. And, when he ordered the new controller dial (which later turned out not to be the problem), he did not charge me for it. The price he charged me (which was close to his initial estimate) I thought was very fair, given the number of trips he ultimately had to make and especially for the amount of time he ultimately spent on the job. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

I TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO CALL HIM. HE IS TERRIFIC! HE WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE A VERY UNUSUAL PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. I AM VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND HIM. HE CAN FIX ALMOST ANYTHING.
