 + -1 moreThey are very experienced and they did a good job at cleaning up when they were finished. When they were done, they sprayed something to get rid of the odor.
Description of Work: We had the carpet replaced in one room and two bathroom floors replaced with congoleum. They removed the old flooring.

 + -1 moreThey said they would be here at 8 AM on July 2nd to do the work and they were here about 5 minutes to 8 AM. They did the cleaning working as a team (they all had been here 3 or 4 times before) and did the whole job in an hour and a half. They moved furniture and really worked the entire time.
Description of Work: The crew spot treated our Mohawk carpet and then shampooed and cleaned 5 rooms and a hallway. They repaired a stained part of the carpet and replaced the section with leftover carpet we had from our installation 2 years ago. You can't even see where it was done.

 + -1 moreOur initial contact was with Cyndi at the store. She spent a lot of time going over carpet and vinyl samples with us. She was very patient while we asked a ton of questions. Bob came and measured everything and made sure all the details were in the estimate. They always arrived on time (sometimes even early). They worked until they were done. We would definitely hire them again. I also appreciated being able to bring samples home and "live" with them for a few days before we made a decision.
Description of Work: This is the second time we have used this company for work at our house. They installed wall to wall carpet for us in 2005. It was a big job taking out tile in a lot of areas and replacing it with carpet, doing the baseboards, etc., throughout the house. They also installed vinyl in our kitchen. Bob and his dedicated crew have been doing this a long time and are very knowledgeable in all areas of installation. This year we hired them to replace the vinyl in our two bathrooms. They did another great job for us.

 + -1 moreI WAS MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THEM. I WENT THERE, LOOKED AT THEIR SAMPLES, DECIDED ON IT, AND THAT WAS IT. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY LAID CARPET FOR ONE BEDROOM.
