We hired them to replace an old 80's unit that was in a very difficult area to get to. They worked tirelessly and late hours to get it done. Always providing updates and remaining calm and professional. The unit works perfectly. We will hire them again and highly recommend Dave and his crew. Honest & hard working at a good price. We so appreciate their help and so happy to know we have them when we need them again.

Dave, Siroon and Ryan are the best!! When my elderly mother’s A/C went out in July, which it OFC chose to do during the worst heatwave of 2024, Air Conditioning Unlimited was out the next day to diagnose the problem, and they installed a brand new unit three days later, and at a great price! I had a friend who was told by her usual A/C company that she would have to wait three weeks for a service call because of the July rush, so I suggested she call ACU, and they had a tech there in two days. A few months later, when the maintenance man for the HOA noticed a panel had blown off in heavy wind, ACU was out to fix it 30 minutes after receiving my call. These people are on top of it, and I highly recommend them!!!

I hired this company & Paid $5,100 for a repair only to have a very invasive air conditioner leak that went through my ceiling causing extensive damage to my attic, living room ceiling and causing mold.. Not only do they not take accountability for their negligent repairs for all of their sloppy work, my air conditioner still doesn't work and the whole entire ceiling needs to be replaced! Insult to injury their workers left bottles of urine in my attic! I recommend you stay away from this company when choosing an air conditioner company to make your repairs or any maintenance that you need in your home! This company doesn't stand behind warranties they overcharge and they do very sloppy work and cause additional problems whether intentional or not they're not a company to use.. This repair was for a warranty replacement, for the refrigerant coil in my air conditioner unit. They didn't properly drain the freon from the air conditioner or any other water prior to the work. They didn't check for clogs or additional leaks prior to the work and they didn't check it once the replacement was made to the air conditioner to ensure it was running properly. So now I'm out $5100 and I have a very extensive bills for the repairs to be made!! Also, there were negligent workers stepped on my recessed, lighting cans in the attic, and unfortunately they broke my custom made to-Order recessed light cans and Damaged the lights itself and they still will not to take any accountability and not once did I receive an apology and that they will take care of this!!! One last thing their workers left numerous bottles of urine in my attic!

David has proven to be an honest contractor with polite and hardworking employees. Any and all concerns were addressed within a reasonable time-frame. David was able to upgrade us from a 14 SEER rated model to a 16 SEER system for no additional cost. When one of my other homes needs a complete upgrade, David will be the first person I will call. He services a wide area which is how I originally found him. At that time, another contractor recommended a complete unit replacement. David was able to find and replace a relatively inexpensive part saving us thousands of dollars with his honesty and professionalism. His field technician also serviced my son's home and analyzed that a timer function component that was not needed to automatically shut off his AC had failed. This component was simply bypassed and his system started working perfectly. Another simple, honest and cost effective repair example. An honest efficient company like AC Unlimited is a treasure these days.

The owner used to be my next-door neighbor in Simi Valley. I have used him and he's done quite a good job. I have an excellent heating and air conditioning system in this house. I would recommend him to anybody, in fact I have.

Very professional and thorough. There was a service glitch which the owner graciously and quickly rectified.

The last charge was $99, but we got a $20 discount. They are very responsive to the customer's needs. It was a busy day and he was shorthanded, but he still came out here early to take care of us. We have been a customer of his for a long time. I would rate him as really good. I do not see his pricing being out of line. We keep him around because we like his work, his responsiveness is great and he has always taken care of us well.

David was on time and very professional. He was able to quickly isolate the problem and fix the issue. He tested the unit and made sure the entire system was functioning perfectly before he left. Dave is my A/C man now.

Very well. Came out same day, assessed problem quickly, had part to replace and work was complete within an hour. Had to call again in September and had a similar experience - Dave came out the same day, assessed the problem, and took care of the issue then and there.

Very clean and punctual. They said it would take about 4 days and they finished it in 3 days. They placed drop clothes over the floors from the front door to the area they were working.
