I am so glad I hired Mr. Sanchez. He and his colleague were prompt, friendly and communicative. I was able to understand everything they planned to do and to watch while they completed the work. They took pictures to show me what my ducts looked like. I would hire Sanchez Janitorial again in a heartbeat. In fact, I have asked him back to clean my chimney. We had an urgent need to get our air ducts and vents cleaned out. I called Home Advisor on Sunday and spoke with Joe Sanchez just a few minutes later. He came to my house first thing Monday morning and did a great job! He took pictures of the air vents before & after his work so I could send them to our landlord. They cleaned up really nicely after the work was done too.
