Services we offer

Our well-trained staff does detailed interior house cleaning, weekly or bi-weekly maid service, floor and grout cleaning, power washing, carpet cleaning, window washing, upholstery cleaning. We know how to clean today's delicate special surfaces, high-tech appliances as well as homes filled with antiques and high-end artwork and sculptures. We can also supply staff for estate cleaning for ironing, laundry, pool deck cleaning,etc. Our teams do construction clean-up and move-out cleaning, also.

Services we don't offer

We'll do almost any kind of regular house cleaning, including hoarder clean-up, but we do not do animal waste removal, haz-mat work, rat and other pest clean-up, emergency flood or fire clean-up (we do smoke and water damage remediation, but not emergency cleaning).

Description of Work: House cleaning. We used them twice & got two different crews. The first crew was A++. Lots of attention to detail & spent extra time etc. the second crew failed to clean under beds, missed lots of details & told us we could save money by just calling them directly in the future. Very questionable. We reported this to the manager. Price was a little higher, but if they do work consistently like the first crew did it's worth it.

Cleaning was okay. Would have liked to see the crew use a little more muscle when cleaning floors and counters. Often there was still stubborn, sticky particles left as is. Also did not clean out of reach areas, including corners or under cabinets. I would move furniture so that they could clean behind or underneath but usually it was not touched.
Description of Work: Bi-monthly general cleaning services.

We also customize the work orders for cleaning each house, so if we know that there are areas that you are particularly interested in (like out-of-reach areas or behind furniture) we put notes in your bi-weekly file to remind the crew to double-check those areas at every cleaning.
