Description of Work: He replaced the sprayer hose assembly for our Grohe faucet. We called last night, and he came this morning even though he was very busy. In addition, he gave us good advice on others ways to prevent problems in the bath and kitchen.

Description of Work: Jorgensen Plumbing did two jobs for us. The first one he fixed a minor leak under the house. That was in July. In late August there was a major leak in the sewer line. He replaced the entire sewer line from the house to the street. He didn't just fix the sewer; it was the sewer and the water supply. He completely replaced it.

Description of Work: The toilet in the downstairs powder room in our recently purchased condo had a leak. We called Kenny out (on recommendation from our Realtor) to assess the situation and make recommendations. He is a one-man shop so he wasn't immediately available by phone, but I did leave a voicemail and he did return my call. We scheduled a visit and he looked at the toilet and reported that the leak was from between the tank and bowl. He mentioned he could fix it very cheaply. I mentioned that we were having our wood floors re-finished and would need to take the toilet out all-together. He said that he could come back after that's done and install a new wax ring and the other sealing components that do wear out after decades of use (our home being 30 years old, we decided that'd be a good idea). I then asked about replacing the toilet all-together and going completely new with everything (tank, bowl, plumbing components, etc) so we'd have 1 brand-new toilet in the house in-case the others start leaking, etc. due to age. He made a very good recommendation for the Toto Drake toilet. I researched it online (as he also recommeneded) and it got great reviews there too. After our floors were finished, we set up an appointment for him to install the new toilet. He mentioned that if I ordered the toilet myself, rather than go through him, we could save some money, but we decided to just have him do it all. He came out and installed all new plumbing components, the two-piece toilet and premium seat all in under an hour! He even took the old unit away too (for only $10).
