Description of Work: installed new carpet throughout the house. Their salesman wrote up the instructions for the installers incorrectly. We had to pay almost $2000 to fix their employee's mistake. We needed the job done, so we paid. We do not recommend them to anyone. They should have corrected their employee's error and absorbed the cost. The quality of the carpet was good. This situation happened about 10 years ago.
