Wise Choice Plumbing and Rooter

Finally a go-to family owned plumber I can trust! I booked online and Vince appeared right on time (after calling a few minutes prior to say he was on the way). He checked out the kitchen sink, assessed the mess, brought what he needed to remedy the situation and proceeded to clear the drain. Then he filled the sink with water and let it out to be certain it emptied as quickly as it should. The cost was exactly as stated, considerably less than any other plumber who has been here to clear our frequently stopped up drain. We've had problems since we moved in due to inferior piping and a crummy garbage disposal, which was replaced a few years ago but still doesn't do the trick. None of this daunted Vince. I've finally found a company I will use exclusively in the future. Wise choice indeed! BYW, a few years ago, experiencing a similar problem, I called a different company from Angie's List and was pleased with the service, though it cost more than three times what I paid Wise Choice for the same result. That company is no longer accepting residential business. Lucky for me!

They said they couldn't clear it, and so they didn't charge me, and it worked better after that. I went with them because their pricing was pretty good. They called and said they were going to be late and they came quite a bit later than their reschedule time.

Arrived on time and completed work professionally.

I have been having problems with my main drain. This is the third time within a month that I have had to have someone come out. This is the first time I used Wise Choice. Their snake pulled out a mass of roots the size of a small cat. When they ran the camera thru the line I could see more roots. They said I should replace the pipes. Seems like a lot of money I will have to get a second opinion. But a very reasoable price for coming out on a Sunday.
