He'd make appointments and then he'd "no show." Then he'd call a day or so later, apologize profusely, promise another visit and no show again. No tradesman is good enough to be THAT inconsiderate and disrespectful of other people's time.

They did a great job. My experience went really well. I actually heard about them through my agent. They were really easy to work with. They did a really great job. I was very happy with the work. They were very competitively priced. I think the price was representative of the type of work that they did.

I've had Charlie and Zeljko work on our floors several times over the past few years both in our previous house and in our current one. They are old-world craftsmanship and work ethic. They are probably not the cheapest source for hardwood floor installation an refinishing, but I would not hesitate to say that you get what you pay for, which is a first-class job done on time and for the quoted price.

We were very pleased with the work done. Charlie was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and gave us a fair estimate. The crew was led by Charlie's nephew, Zelyko, who was just as knowledgeable and prompt. They were very clean and did not leave behind a mess. There was a small problem area we noticed days later in the dinning room and Charlie came by immediately and fixed it. Our floors look beautiful now and we have recommended Charlie to all our friend's. One of our friends did use Charlie and is very pleased also. Charlie and Zelyko where both very pleasant to work with.

The bid for the work was competitive. The work was completed as promised and I was very satisfied with the job. The repairs in the hall and living room blended in very well. I will call Vinski's again if the opportunity arises.
