 + 0 moreThe crew came on the day they were scheduled, set up the containment area, had me sign the proper papers, and began thedemolition which took two days.The place was cleaned up, vacuumed and the work efficient. I would use them again and Joe McCann came by at the end toinspect the job and make sure that I had no complaints. I did ask for a copy of the papers which I eventually received for the lead removal. I am awaiting the asbestos removal final papers.I would use this company again. I later found out that they have a very good reputation.
Description of Work: Our contractor Keith Goff of QC Construction contacted Joe McCann of ServPro of Irwindale, CA because we already had a report that there was lead in the old bathroom. He asked if an asbestos test be conducted for the presence of Asbestos in the old floor. I quickly contacted the National ECON for an asbestos test. The removal began and proper papers were signed so that the affected demolition waste would be properly and legally disposed. This is so unlike the old remodeling company that we used for the other bathroom. The removal was clean and efficient. The containment was very careful.
