Have no complaints ! Used this service on 4 separate occasions each time there were no issues. Charles was quick, responsive & professional! Wish he were in florida!!!

I have gone through many service providers over the years and it is often very difficult to get quality service at a reasonable cost to the customer.. This was not the case with Charlie Bell of Same Day Haul -Away .Charlie was at my house within 90 minutes of first contact as he happened to be on his way back from another customer. He quoted me a reasonable price and hauled away what he could fit into the small truck that he was using for the job he had just finished . He returned rather quickly with a larger truck and finished the garage cleanout in short order. He swept up and was on his way.. I definitely would not hesitate to use nim again and will be recommending his service to friends and family.

VERY responsive. He actually came the same day I called. Was very nice (GREAT customer service) and very accommodating to MY schedule. Would highly recommend this hauling service!

Charlie lived up to the name of his company--he was ready to come the same morning I called. He arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon, was very friendly and easy to talk with, and got right to work. He was done in less than 1 hour, and even swept off my driveway where he was parked. I was hoping for a lower price, but I think what he asked for was fair. I could have done it for less myself, but I would have had to borrow (or rent) a pickup, do all the lifting and hauling myself, and then pay for disposal--so for me, not having to do all that was worth the cost. Charlie was a good and honest worker. After I paid him, I noticed there were still a couple of pieces of concrete that were slightly buried that he had missed. Even though he had already packed up his truck, he was willing to go back and get those last couple pieces. If you're looking for written estimates, contracts and receipts, you may not get them (though to be fair, I did not ask for any of those, so perhaps if you ask, that would be provided). But what you do get is a man who's as good as his word, and that to me is more important than paperwork. Thanks Charlie--you provided excellent service!

Charlie was phenomenal! He was very forthcoming and readily available when I called him. The day of our appointment shortly before he was due to arrive he called to let me know he would be 10 minutes late and did arrive within 10 minutes of the call. He had the right answer to all of my requests for my work, "Yes, I can do that." He completely hauled heavy boxes and much debris, old paint cans, florescent light bulbs, etc., from my garage, swept it clean and tidied up that which I wanted to keep in the garage. He also cleaned out a storage closet on my patio which had things in it that belonged to the previous tenant who moved out more than ten years ago, which would actually have been a frightening experience for me to take on alone. I had flower boxes on my patio that were literally falling apart, he took all of the old boxes/plant pots, debris and dead plants and removed/hauled it all away. He swept everything on the patio and left it in pristine condition. Overall, Charlie was polite, respectful and made sure to get direction from me for the work I wanted done. I know the job was bigger than he anticipated, yet his fee was very fair. I will definitely use Charlie again in the future!

I found them on Angie's List. He responded immediately. He was very reasonable in his price. He actually went a bit beyond. He hauled the trash and he also swept off the garage, so he extended himself even beyond what I would have expected. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Charlie was great. Quick, professional and super nice. Despite some surprises in our construction debris pile, Charlie stayed within his initial quote. After clearing, Charlie also swept up and left a nice tidy driveway. We will definitely use Sameday Hauling again.

Charlie did more than just knock a wall down and haul it away. Charlie actually noticed that if I knocked a certain piece of the brick wall down, it would compromise the wall structure and expose a brick stairway facade. He stopped work and waited for me to come back from work to re-evaluate. He was right and my backyard looks great. He was worth every penny. I will use him again in the future.

This is the second time I've called Charlie this year to haul some old storage units and drywall from our garage. I felt like I should post another review, since I've been so happy with his responsiveness. I had a short time frame to get this work done, and Charlie was nice enough to get to my house before 8am so that I could be to work on time. He was as professional and polite as the last time he helped us, and we will definitely call again for future work!

I called Charlie Bell around 8:00 am and by 9:15 he had come and taken the things out of my house. I had two old and VERY heavy TV's, two recliners and misc. other things that needed to be hauled away. I live in a mobile home, therefore there are 5 or 6 steps that these things needed to be taken down. He was able to take them down by himself, load them in the truck and clean-up with 1/2 hour/ I would definitely recommend him and use his services again. AND as a bonus, he is so polite and cheerful.

Called them to get an estimate for hauling away 30 years of accumulated yard debris on a 2/3 acre lot. It would have been a big job, probably taking several days to haul away and costing thousands (?) of dollars. But, SAMEDAY HAUL-A-WAY would not even come by to give me an estimate even though the jobsite was maybe 2-3 miles away from their business. He just wanted to come right away and "do the job" without giving me any idea of the cost of his services. That would be like writing him a blank check. So, where is the excellent customer service? Non-existent! It is their loss. I will find someone else without the attitude to do this job.

I called Charles to request hauling for a large (7'x8'x3') wooden work bench/storage unit. He was able to schedule pick-up within a couple hours and arrived promptly with a small pick-up truck that I was sure wouldn't hold the unit. However, he was able to fit it in, and managed to lift it himself! He was there and gone in less than 15 minutes. Compared to other quotes I had for disposal of this unit, this was much less, and he was able to come quickly. Overall, good experience, and would call again if we have more hauling work.

I actually spent $440 because I gave him a good tip for doing such a great job on such short notice. He and his crew got rid of a lot of junk in a short time, for a VERY reasonable price. Couldnt be happier!

The job went fine. He was here and gone in 10 minutes, and was not bothered that I helped him with the work.

He was on time, professional and a hard worker. He got right to the task, didn't waste time and did a nice job. Couldn't ask for anything more.

It was kind expensive and more than I expected. I liked the guys. They were nice and professional; it was just pricey.

We had a large, above-ground spa that has been in our back yard for about 25 years but hasn't been used for over a year. Although we had decided it needed to be removed, we weren't sure how to do it because fencing and landscaping were added over the years which restricted the width of the access areas. We called Charlie on Friday and he arrived on Saturday with the tools and truck needed to take care of the job. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and for any business that is interested in improving its customer service, I suggest watching and learning from Charlie. I will happily recommend him to anyone interested in hauling services and will certainly use him again.

Not a good experience! The name “Sameday” appealed (even though I didn’t need the job done same day). Mr Bell was affable on the phone during the week, but too harried to take down information; miscommunication ensued between voicemail & email. I expected him Sun AM; when he didn’t show I called him, he was belligerent and complained he didn’t even work my area. Puzzling why he would turn up as available on Angie’s list; but I concluded he didn’t really need my business & am now looking elsewhere.

I found this company on Angie's List. Within an hour of calling, Charlie came to haul away some old furniture and patio heater. He was prompt, professional and pleasant. I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone.

After I sent an email to their website, which was a link from Angie's List, the contractor both emailed & phoned promptly. He came out the next day & in a hour hauled away many years of junk in our backyard. His prices were reasonable & his crew worked quickly to get rid of that mess!
