He came out early the next day to diagnose my broken AC and walked me through the testing stages and explained what he was doing, how it works, and why. He tried several methods to get the system up and running but ultimately, we had to replace the old unit. Since we were in a 100 degree heatwave, Ray was mindful of our situation and came early the next day to install the new unit within an hour. Ray is very professional, and provided options for my air conditioning unit replacement. Ray went out of his way to replace a small gas line leak that he found. He also drove to Anaheim early on Saturday morning to pick up a part that was needed for the AC unit, and came over to install it so that I would have the air conditioner available for the upcoming heat wave this week.
