Immediate assistance was needed on a Sunday, and Wesley came to the rescue. He worked until the project was completed. He was so help in explaining options and providing direction to solve the toilet leak and replacement. Very grateful for his expertise, patience, and kindness.

Wes came out to look at a water heater issue my mom was having. He took the time to explain what the issue was, offered options, and ultimately replaced the water heater and some of the old piping around it that needed it. Never had a problem since. After that, we also hired Wes for other pipe replacement in the garage and in the laundry area. Again, haven’t had an issue since. He is a professional and I appreciate trusting that the job is done right and not being gauged for it. I would absolutely recommend Rapid Rescue Rooter & Plumbing.
