Mr. Sam and his crew remodeled my Father's Bathroom. They were very professional and polite. Sam gave us a start date and I must say he did exactly what we ask for and even more! Sam's team built a 400sqft wood gazebo for my backyard on time and on budget. During the proposal stage, he brought the framer with him to the job site, printed out the approved building plans and discussed details with me before coming up with a reasonable price. I have called a couple of his references and also visited his past project before making the decision to go with Sam. During the project, his communication was effective and he was physically on site during city's inspection and important project milestones. I am pleased with the results in the end. Sam is an excellent and seasoned GC that knows how to build from A to Z and brings the right crews to get the job done.

Sam, the owner of Prime Team Builders, was so wonderfully responsive when my neighbor decided to hire PTB to build a six foot block wall between our two homes, from the backyard (which was fine) all the way to the front of her home. While I was upset about the decision, Sam spoke kindly to me when I asked him about the process, the legality, and my rights. He assured me the work would be well done (it was) that my property line would be respected (it was and then some), and that he was available to answer any other of my questions throughout the process. His workers were so respectful and considerate (and they did need to access my backyard for part of the process) and the work was so well done. I decided to hire him to redo our concrete driveway, the front walkways, add a retaining wall on the side of our home, and redo concrete work in the backyard, this will be the company we choose. We contacted Prime team builders to remodel our kitchen. Sam went above and beyond, from the consultation to the installation process, everything was done very professionally. We're absolutely inlove with the final result, and will use Prime team builders again in the future.

Prime team builders Inc did an outstanding job modifying the side yard of our house. The job included clearing large sections of dirt, building a 3’ by 60' retaining wall, and pavers installation. The cost estimate came in couple of Thousands less than the others I received for the same work. They started on schedule and had a time estimate of 2 to 3 weeks, but they actually finished in only 9 working days. They were very flexible and made changes to the plan at my request as the job proceeded. The work crews were all very polite and helpful and respectful to us. they cleaned up after and left the final site looking excellent. Another great point is that Sam is the project manager and the company CEO, so he showed up every day to make sure the progress matched my expectations - I’ve had other company’s reps disappear once the sale has been made, but not Sam!

Remodeling my bathroom was my number one priority. I'm so grateful to have found Prime team builders to tackle the project from start to finish. Sam's customer service was amazing, he made me feel extremely comfortable in contacting him with every little concern I had along the way and did a great job in completing my project just the way I visioned it.

A friend introduced me to Prime team builders as they did a complete remodeling in her house. So I did. Sam came by and presented the most suitable quote for us. Our front yard never looked so good.
