Gerardo was too busy with larger projects. Had to reschedule many times. Shelf was cut to measurement but didn’t look solid wood material looked cheap. I would like a refund $150.00.

Response from Prestige Rapid Building
Made three trips and i took lost, allowed you to change materials from first option. Second option of material was not approve and you wanted to go the cheap route. Therefore the second and last option of material you decided to approve for your kitchen shelf was very low quality. I decided not to make the 3rd trip FOR THE ONlY DOWN PAYMENT OF $150 for this very rough customer situation on trying to save money by not utilizing the proper materials.

They did an amazing job. They were professionals since day one. Communicated daily and were punctual. They took pride in their work and it showed. I am very happy with the work that has been completed. My house is old and needs a lot of work. I had an old deck demolished and rebuilt, new flooring and replacement of a patio door. He even painted a room free as a gift to me, a returning customer. I have more projects to schedule and will continue to use his services until all completed. I trust his judgement thoroughly. Excellent work ethic, professional, explained everything needed in detail that I could understand. He is very helpful in giving suggestions helping me make decisions. Prices are very reasonable. Overall I am very pleased with the projects and look forward to completing several more projects. I highly recommend Gerardo Hernandez to anyone needing any remodeling or general repair of their home.

Gerardo displayed a great sense of color when designing the countertops and backsplash to fit with the rest of the kitchen. The quality of his work was excellent. He and his crew were professional and dependable at all times. I would happily work with them again. Strongly recommend.
