I made an appt with the owner of the company to come see my green pool and tell me what he could do to fix the issue. The pool is very old and I may have it removed. I only wanted enough work to keep it from being a health hazard. Ultimately this would mean having a functional filter. The owner send over two of his workers, one who provided cleaning services and another one who really did not know what he was doing. Both commented that I needed to clean the filter. This I know to be a problem however, I had repeatedly cleaned it several times over the course of two weeks. I had them call the owner and further discussed the issue with him. We agreed that he would install a used filter and I would handle draining the pool. I began the draining process and had to delay the installation of the filter due to the pump breaking. I left a message regarding the delay and never received a return call. I called one more time and a left another message. Still no return call. At that point. I called another provider. This was too bad that the owner never called me back. I felt he was competent and offered a creative solution to me. But I believe returning calls is essential.

They charge $95 a month. They're really good with repairs. Their pool service is just okay. They don't always get the hot tub clean. That's not adequate.

They'll be coming back every month. I like that they answer your call when you call. They showed up when they show up that's why I chose them to be my regular pool repairs because I don't have to call different places. They did a great job.
