MLPainting Partnership

Description of Work: I called him to get an estimate for painting the exterior of my house after reading his review online. I was pretty happy because his address listed was only a block away. I called twice, his wife finally called me back and said they lived in a different city now. He came to the house, didn't have a command of the English language, was difficult to understand and ended up giving me a bid that was $5,000 more expensive than the bid we went with. He was consistently more expensive than anyone else. I wouldn't even waste my time getting a bid from this guy in the future.

Description of Work: I have two decks in my backyard that are 60 feet and 30 feet across. I also have railings that surround the decks and the pool. I asked Miguel, the owner and operator, to give me a bid to sandblast the old paint off the decks, the rails, the two bay window sills, the spa, and the the two sets of french doors. I then wanted it all primed, and repainted so they would not chip and peal from the rain and sun. He suggested two coats of primer and two coats of finishing paint for it all.
