We will not lure you in with fake, cheap pricing that requires add on costs or leaves you with a lower quality job. We don't use inferior materials and techniques or take jobs at a cost that requires us to do so. We are honest, dependable and very experienced in all areas of residential repair and remodeling. His work is great, when you can actually get him to do it. He is always finding other jobs that are more important and take him away; and he asks why your job needs to be done as opposed to something else, regardless of what he started first. He is not cheap. I trusted him though, and we made a deal, I gave him the money before he was done, BIG mistake!!! My patio isn't finished, he kept asking me why I was in a and quot;hurryand quot;. It's been almost a year now and he won't answer my calls, messages or texts I think my patio will never be done by him, I'm kicking myself yes but SHAME on him for treating anyone like this!!
Description of Work: He has done work for me in the past, painting, drywall, flooring, windows, electrical, landscaping, roof repair, bathroom remodel. This time he replaced most of my outdoor patio roof.

This is not accurate. The patio is finished and beautiful. Pictures prove that. Customer wanted a paint upgrade to a time consuming, two tone and two seperate types of finish, when the job was almost complete. This was not part of our original deal. I even traded a broken, used stove for part of money to help with the burden. This was not even an Angies List aquired job! Not sure why she's lashing out at me on this forum.

He's a friendly guy, honest and trustworthy, he did quality work. He even stopped what he was doing and helped me clean the fireplace and didn't charge me for it. I never had an hesitation about leaving him alone in my house or giving him a key to my house. Everything he did was quality work, not always as quick as I would have liked and didn't always get back to me right away when I wanted him to, but I would hire him again any time.
Description of Work: I needed to sell my house & there were no offers, Paul came in and painted, fixed drywall, fixed the roof, reapired some electrical, did some yard work, installed carpet, painted, replaced ceiling fans....by the time he was done I had people bidding against each other to buy my house. When I bought my new house he replaced part of the back fence for me and remodeled one of my bathrooms. He did a beautiful job, he's very honest and trust worthy, although not always quick.

He was good with comprehensive construction. He is a jack-of-all-trades and he was able to point out if there were deficiencies in some items then give me solutions. He is excellent with tile; that is kind of his forte.
Description of Work: Menetrey Construction did remodeling work for me.
