Ken and his wife were so professional. One set of drapes had the black-out liner and Ken advised right away the liner fabric may not survive the cleaning and we discussed my options. Since I need a thermal more than a black-out for that room, he said I could replace that fabric with a better one if needed. I ultimately did need the new material and was very pleased with the results! His suggestion was better than the fabric previously on the drape. All the draperies look fabulous and really brightened up after the cleaning. I will use them again in 2 years. Dust is the enemy in my home and takes a toll on fabric.

In remodeling my home, my wish was to re-purpose some drapes from another (demolished) room by cleaning and altering them. Ken Meshriy promptly answered my phone call, discussed costs, and arranged an appointment to come to my home. He arrived right on time, carefully measured, and determined that the old drapes would be too short for the new area, especially after shrinking a little bit from dry cleaning. I was impressed with his punctuality, knowledge, and honesty. It was pointless to clean the too-short drapes so I'm sorry that I can't attest to his good work yet I feel confident that he would have done a very careful job. /Jeff A

Every step of the way – from reliable information and estimate ($8/pleat) on the initial phone call to their service in my home to removing the drapes, and the fabulous cleaning and fan-fold and the final hanging (and even hanging sheets to temporarily cover the windows! )-- I could not have asked for better care. The 13-day turnaround service was a real bonus. You absolutely cannot go wrong to use this company . Big mistake if you don't use this company.

Husband and wife team. Very pleasant and friendly. Provided an estimate on 1st trip and came bye a week later to pickup the curtains. Arrived on time for the pickup. Week and one-half later came back to rehang the curtains. Did a perfect job.

It was excellent. I think they went our of their way to make the whole experience pleasant. They held the drapes until I was ready for them, as I had some other work to accomplish.

I contacted Mastery Drapery to have my drapes and sheers cleaned. In the past I had a bad experience because the drapes shrank during the cleaning process and the hardware had to be removed and moved down. This time this experience was extremely professional, timely and pleasant. He did everything he said he would do and was extremely precise with placing the drapes back exactly how they were when they were removed. Ken and his Dad came out on schedule, gave me a quote and took the drapes away with the understanding they'd be back in about a week. Right on schedule, they returned and efficiently completed their work. The drapes look as good as new and I am a happy customer. This is the second time I have used Master Drapery and would certainly recommend them.
