+ -1 moreBoth pieces of furniture look like new. Repairs were made quickly over a 2 day period. Only 1 other deep scratch remains and really is only visible by me who knows where to look. Although the price may seem high it was much less expensive than replacing the furniture. I was impressed with the patience and detail it took 2 workers to repair the leather and match the color.
Description of Work: Extensive cat scratch damage on a 3 cushion leather couch and a wing-backed leather chair.

+ -1 moreVery prompt and everything looked fine until the cracking returned and now the couch looks awful! Where it had been a smaller area that was affected, the entire patched area is completely cracked and couches now need to be replaced. Whatever method they used destroyed the entire top layer of the fabric. Upset that we now have to dump two leather couches (one is fine, but they are a matching pair). Should have left well enough alone and not had them come out to "fix".
Description of Work: Had provider come out to fix cracking in the top of our leather couch (one seat cushion and one armrest).
