Description of Work: I called this contractor once and never received a call back. When I called back a few weeks later, I got through to Justin. He agreed to come to my house on a Tuesday evening, so I arranged to leave work early. Unfortunately, he never showed up, and he never called.

+ -1 moreTwo very clean and polite workers arrived on time, explained the process of removal (i.e., taping of protective plastic sheeting to protect the new laminate wood flooring just installed, new painting, etc), and how long the job would take. This was consistent with what had been explained to me on the phone, by Mr. Ramirez, who gave me a quote of $1.35 per square foot, for the removal and texturing. Since we were going to be doing the painting ourselves, he told us what kind of caulking and paint to buy. He was very patient and helpful in answering all our questions. The job was completed in the time estimated and left spotlessly clean and swept. The workermen had remeasured the ceiling area, finding approximately 100 sq.ft. less, than we did. Mr. Ramirez refunded the $90.00 difference to me, since I'd sent him a check through the mail, prior to having received the information about the difference. There was no problem with the refund and we were very pleased with the work.
Description of Work: Removal of acoustic ''popcorn'' ceilings and retexturing of those ceilings. This business does acoustic ceilings removal, drywall and serves not only Orange County, but Riverside and San Diego counties as well.
