 + -1 moreWe called Jordan Air for the third time since they installed our heating/cooling unit. For the third time the unit was not cooling since Jordan Air installed it in July 2007. They said they would come to check it but they never showed up and never called to tell us they would not show. When we called, a woman who answered had no clue as to why no one showed nor did she ever call back to explain. We called another company to fix the unit once and for all.
Description of Work: They never showed up as they said they would so no work was performed.

 + -1 moreEverything went great. They contracted other trades to do the speciality work. I needed to have my electrical upgraded which was included in their bid. They did everything. I wasn't charged for any extras or told that I might need something that was not included. I paid the price I was quoted. The job was completed in 2 days like I was told. The system works great. When they were done the only thing i had to do was enjoy it!
Description of Work: I was referred to JordanAir Inc. by a friend who had her system installed by them. I had used them some time in January to repair my system which they did. I had a very old system and it wasn't performing properly. They repaired some broken ducts, cleaned the system and checked the charge. The system worked good when they were done. The technician, Howard did a complete evaluation on my system and suggested that I upgrade my system when I could afford. The system I had was very old and inefficient. I finally had enough money to change my system so I call them back. The system was installed in 2 days. They replaced everything. They added more air to the rooms that were too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. They replaced all of the old grilles with new adjustable grilles which I really like. They cleaned up all the trash and hauled away all the old equipment. The system works great!
