Great Quick Service with Efficiency. Friendly, Trustable, and Reasonable. Being young and so skinny, but she has lots of experiences, strength and knowledges as her owner does. I purchased Gas Cooktop measured only the surface of unit not understanding the actual cut off size. So she and her brother needed to cut tile counter top to make it fit which was a lot of dust, noise and WORK for them !!! Since the tile countertop was 20 years old, I was afraid it may chip or brake, but they really did so well without damaging any tile at all.(but they looked like 120 years old after cutting off tiles, cement, and wood board underneath). The leak under kitchen sink was making a horrible mess in cabinet, but she didn't hesitate to get into to repair it for me. When I explained a leak in shower or tub, she and her brother right away detected where the water was leaking which was the shower pan. They've been so helpfull, reliable and dependable. When they say they will come at certain time, they come +-3 minnutes. No long waiting window time at all. I tried to go to company who offered cheaper cost with good work, but ended up calling other company over. But JC's plubming do it right at first time, so you don't need to worry later on. I strongly recommend this company. Especially if you're on Well and Septic system and having issues.

He installed the pump very well and I would highly recommend him. He is very polite and friendly. He worked with the manufacture to get me the parts. He is very helpful and punctual. I will be using him again soon. He did the job for 1/3 of price of his competitors.
