+ -1 moreUpon the first phone call I made to the provider, the plans seemed fine. We made the appointment time and arrived at a price that worked. When I called to confirm the day before, there suddenly was a problem with the time. The explanation was that they can't work after 2:30pm, but they would check. I never received a phone call. When I called back, I was told that they apparently save their afternoons for jobs (???) and can't do something like move mirrors except in the morning. So, when I called back exactly 2 weeks later to inform them I now had some morning options, they reported that they still can't do my kind of job because of the morning time and jobs (???). I'm not sure why it wasn't a problem a year ago to perform the job, and why, after two weeks of a phone call inquiry/appointment/and quote, it no longer qualifies as a morning or afternoon job. Their sudden change of mind and puzzling explanation are not appreciated.
Description of Work: Nothing. Plan was to move the 4'x8' mirrors ( which they had taken to my home the previous year) back to their previous location. They had performed the job last year wonderfully which is why I called them back.

+ -1 moreTHE EMPLOYEE WAS GREAT, IT WAS DONE VERY SPEEDY. AND I FEEL THE WINDOW WAS PUT IN VERY NEATLY. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO HAVE WORK DONE
Description of Work: I CALLED FOR THIS COMPANY TO REPLACE MY GLASS IN MY WINDOW. THEY CAME VERY QUICKLY AND GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE TO FIX MY WINDOW.
