GLENDORA FLOOR STORE

A year ago, I had expensive new floors install by a "reputable" company in several rooms- the installers were not professionals and their work was substandard and inferior (e.g., gaps, lifting corners, shifting, etc...). After several attempts to correct the problems the work was shoddy and second-rate; the only solution was removing and replacing the floors. I visited the Glendora Floor Store and immediately I knew I found the right place to help me. I was greeted by a friendly staff and the owner, Jerry, was very helpful and explained a variety of products that would work best in my home. On the day of installation, the installers were friendly, punctual, clean and professional. They did a superb job and the floors look fantastic! Customer service at the Glendora Floor Store is second to none and I will use them again!

Work was beautifully done and the place was left neat as a pin. The store owner is very personable and helpful. Our only issue was that the amount of time the job took exceeded what we are told up front by two days, which was a little inconvenient. That's why I put a lower grade on punctuality. They were not late, just took longer than expected. But we are thrilled with the end result. The workmanship on the stairs is very impressive. So in spite of the slightly longer than expected install time, I will go straight to these guys for my next job.

Refinished existing floors, installed 300 square feet of floors to match, which they did perfectly. Found the exact width of the original flooring to match (interwove with the original hardwood, to cover the new extended area. They were perfect, always on time, finished on time, and no extra surprise expenses. I would use them again in a second.

All the work was done in two days. The house was left spotless and the wood floors look amazing. The work was done professionally and efficiently.

They are great. They were a lot of help. They were efficient, quick, good quality, inexpensive, and they were excellent. He had a great variety of carpeting. The carpeting we have is made from recycled plastic bottles, which I thought was a really cool thing. They were incredibly responsive, they ended up having a cancellation, and they fitted us in. They were great, I have nothing bad to say.

Install went smooth. Great customer service. Can't go wrong, give them a call!

The travertine removal was difficult and messy (dust). Care was taken to protect cabinets and furniture. Installation of new floor coverings was done promptly and as agreed. Quality of product and installation are very high and much better than any previous experience.

The salesman,Dean, was very patient and had some great suggestions on my choice of tile and carpeting. The workers arrived on time and worked continually throughout the day with only a short break for lunch. They finished day early (yeh!) and did a good job keeping things organized and clean. I really enjoy using local companies and this one I would highly recommend to my friends and neighbors.

they moved all of our furniture ( some very heavy pieces) and started in our bedroom while we slept in the family room which has ceramic tile flooring and along with the kitchen, was the only room not being worked on. They were there promptly at 8a.m. and left at 5p.m. They always cleaned up after themselves, took great care not to damage our furniture, covered pieces that needed to go out side and hosed the outside off every evening, to rid us of wood shaving and saw dust. They insured minimal disruption and did the work with confidence that inspired confidence in us that they really knew their stuff.

This is the second time I have used this company and I would use them again in the future. My only quibble was with the quality of the painting of the baseboards, which had to be re-done in areas, and with the attitude of the carpet installers on the last day who clearly did not want to do one of the tasks they had been assigned (they ultimately did it). However, overall the experience was great and the quality of the carpeting and pad is excellent.

They are punctual and honest. They have been around for quite a few years.

I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES BEFORE. I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO MANY PEOPLE. THEY ARE NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY GET THE JOB DONE ON SCHEDULE.
