Discount Rooter

We have used them before. They are fast at getting here. Do the job and the price is reasonable.

They were here in 30minutes after calling. Did the job. and away they went. Perfect. Will use again.

We have used Discount Rooters in past years to clear our lines, we have a older home with plumbing issues. In November, after we had our bathrooms redone, the plumbing started acting up again and we called. They came out right away and cleared the drain but mentioned that we have bigger issues with cracked pipes but they cleared it for now but it won't last long. A few days later we were backed up again and we called again. Ray came out and trued to clear the drain but was unable to and, did not charge me for the call or the attempted drain cleaning. As usual they responded right away and were straight with me on what the issue was and what they thought needed to be done, They do not do the work that we need done and provided a suggestion on who I could use. I went with another local plumber who did that type of work (A Few Good Plumbers) and everything worked out wonderfully. Thank you Ray and, I hope I don;t have to call you but, I will refer you to friends and family who may need drain cleaning...

We called Discount Rooter (626) 335-1185, at about 10 am and they were onsite by 11:45 am. Two of Ray's people came and went right to work. They went to rear of the house and tried to remove the clog by using their rooter to snake the lines. It improved the situation but some of the drains were slower than usual. They climbed upon the roof and snaked through a vent pipe. That removed the clog and resolved the problem.

They come out if you have a drain blockage. To me they are amazing. They charge less than half of what any other rooter company would charge. They are really good. We have had them come out a lot as much as a family would need them to. They are responsive. They get here when they say they are going to get here. They keep you updated if they are running late. I just can't say enough about them, especially because of their price. It's half of what any other rooter company would charge. It is just amazing what they charge. The plumber we use recommended Discount Rooter to us several years ago when he couldn't come out and he told me it wouldn't make him feel bad if we used Discount Rooter.

They are fantastic! Their price is typically half that of the bigger companies. They do the work quickly and efficiently. I have referred them many times to great results.
