Description of Work: Our sink in the bathroom was cracked and it needed to be replaced and we had a small leak in the sink in our wetbar.The plumber showed up on time, but he informed me that he had forgotten to bring the sink and would have to do the prep work and then go get the sink. He was very friendly and professional, but I was rather surprised he didn't bring the sink, since that was the job. He arrived at 9:00 and left at 1:00 (that included going back for the sink). The charge for the labor alone was over $568.00. I thought that was quite high.

 + 0 moreIt was right after Christmas, the busiest time of year...We had a horrible back up in the bathroom and shower, it just made me cringe to see it. I called, they were QUICK, friendly, and efficient. I'm like most people and have a hard time trusting plumbers or mechanics...but I'm glad to have made the right choice in calling count on plumbing, because now I have a "go-to" plumber that I can really can "count on" !! They certainly aren't out to rip anyone off, they're fair, they deal with the issue at hand...and they're in/out, clean, and trustworthy. Thanks guys!!!

 + 0 moreI called Kenny at Count On Plumbing as soon as the problem appeared. He had his crew out within a couple of hours. The clean-up is located inside a closet in the master suite. Every bit of my hardwood floor and carpet between the front door and the clean-out was covered with tarps before any equipment was brought in -- and the tech took off his boots before entering the house. The clog was cleared quickly and the area left clean and tidy. Count On Plumbing beat competitive prices, responded promptly and did a great job.
Description of Work: Main sewer line clogged up again ---- tree root growth make this an annual (or more frequent) experience.

Description of Work: Kenny of Count on Plumbing was first recommended to me by my interior decorator who had used him for an extensive plumbing job in her own home. She said he was very honest, competent, and reasonable in his charges. I have used him for many jobs over the past six years. Most recently, he installed a new water heater and removed the old one. The water heater he installed is of high quality and has worked well since installed a year ago. Several years ago, we had a mystery leak in our back yard. After calling 2 big companies to try to diagnose the the problem at great expense and no result, I called Kenny. He figured it out and came up with a simple much less expensive solution. I have had no more leaks since he solved the problem. He is knowledgable, honest, and reasonable. He does much of the work himself and is very selective in the people he hires.

 + 0 moreI called for an appointment to clean the drains, as water was beginning to back-up. I've had problems with tree roots clogging the pipes for years, and wanted to act proactively, rather than waiting for the drains to clog completely. I've used Count-On plumbing for this service previously, and call them for any and all plumbing problems. They scheduled the appointment on the day/time requested. The repairman were on-time. They worked quickly, and left the closet wall, floors, etc. clean. They discussed the possibility of inspecting the pipes with a camera to evaluate moving the clean-out out of the closet to an exterior wall. They were knowledgeable, polite and professional.
Description of Work: Cleaned drains from clean-out in the back of the house to the sewer. Discussed moving clean-out from closet in master bedroom to outside wall, with exterior access.

 + -1 moreAfter a previously hired plumber failed to complete a shower trim installation, Kenny was recommended to me by a local plumbing supply store. I called him and he was at my house within an hour. With a little extra effort, he was able to beautifully complete a job I was told could not be done with the parts I had. He was very polite and professional, and his pricing was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber...especially for complicated jobs.
Description of Work: Kenny troubleshot and installed a complicated shower trim set and hauled away an old toilet.

 + -1 moreI called for service on day 1, and made an appointment for 8AM the following day. I received a "ball-park" estimate for clearing the drain. The owner, Kenny Esquivel, was punctual. He had the drain cleared quickly. He taught me how to get the drain plug in and out, to clear any future clogs myself. He gave me great info and straight talk about other plumbing concerns, including water heater replacement. Smart, friendly, reliable. Excellent work; excellent ethic.
Description of Work: Cleared clogged drain, taught me how to make minor adjustments myself to avoid calling for minor repairs, consulted on water heater replacement options

 + -1 moreIT TOOK TWO MEN TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB, WHICH I WAS VERY HAPPY ABOUT. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR A WHILE AND WILL EVEN LEAVE THE KEY FOR THEM IF I CAN'T BE HERE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A WATER HEATER, PUT A NEW DRAIN IN THE GARAGE AND HOOKED IT UP TO THE LINES GOING OUT TO THE STREET. THEY ALSO REPLACED NEW LINES FOR MY WASHER.
