+ -1 moreA 5 Star Company! Steve and his staff just installed a 2nd A/C unit for our upstairs, and I am very happy with the quality of the installation. The staff at Comfort Zone, Inc are professional, very skilled and courteous. They took extra measures to protect our hardwood floors and stairway, and vacuumed each night any debris from the installation. Our installation incorporated special registers that matched with our Craftsman home. Pricing is competitive and I really enjoyed working with their office staff. Amazing Customer Service! Thank you for making this a great experience! I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and air conditioning needs!

The tricky thing with this installation was the fact that the line cover between the out side condenser unit and the inside air handler had to go up 2 stories including an overhang on the top story. The crew was conscientious about creating the most unobtrusive installation for the line cover. They were easy to deal with, showed up on time and cleaned up well after the job. Maria, the office person who coordinates everything is a joy to work with. Steve, the owner, was here for the final inspection as well as to make sure everything went well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs heating or air conditioner work.
Description of Work: Installed new Fujitsu 2 ton ductless mini split air conditioner.

+ -1 moreThey were great from initial bid process through completion. Everything went as explained and expected. There were no problems and the system looks and works great, Our tenants will enjoy the system for years to come.
Description of Work: They bid on a job to remove an old gravity furnace and asbestos wrapped ductwork and design and install a completely new central heat and air system in a house that had never had central air. They handled coordinating with the asbestos remediation company who removed the old ductwork. They coordinated with the electrician to do the required electrical upgrades prior to the installation and then installed new ductwork and returns and the new HVAC system in our home. They also followed up to ensure that all the permits were handled properly and the annoying HERS test was performed and signed off appropriately.
