 + -1 moreThey gave me a five hour window, and were over an hour later than the window. They misdiagnosed the problem. I hired someone else to fix it, which they did, and the problem continues. They would not come out to rediagnose without charging full diagnostic price. They are shady. Go elsewhere. Paid another $400 for unnecessary work.
Description of Work: They diagnosed my AC unit frosting over.

 + -1 moreIt was on sale. For three days they worked hammer and tong to get everything installed. It was a better deal. They were offering s a special winter deal because it was a slow time for air conditioning people.

 + -1 moreIn the past they put in a new heating and air conditioning system. They are great. I think their pricing is good. I think we likely found them on Angie's List. They were very quick. They came on time. I am very pleased with their professionalism. We had the air ducts cleaned two weeks ago by a company that Canyon Air recommended.
Description of Work: We have Canyon Air. They were last here for a repair, to change the filter and to redirect one of our outlets.

Description of Work: My AC system would not cool the upstairs rooms and the noise generated by the ac system, located in the garage and next to family room, drove us out of the family room. Canyon air fixed the air flow problem, the upstairs is now cooler then downstairs. They reduced the noise problem by 2/3's. Great job! They even charged me less than quoted.
