They replaced everything and the problem appears resolved. They did waive the initial drain cleaning fee, but I wish it would have cost less.
Description of Work: Initially scheduled mainline drain cleaning but Alberto found a clogged toilet, a badly corroded flange and defective shutoff valve.

It started with trying to fix leaks in the kitchen sink, but the scope expanded since they found a pipe broken near the outer wall. They did arrive on time, but the window for the appointment was 3 hours (3pm to 6 pm). I had to call a few times to get feedback on when they would arrive. The quality of the job seems to be very good. However, they are pricey. If the pricing was better, I would hire them again for sure.

IT went very well, he showed up 10 minutes early of the scheduled promise time. He was very polite, friendly and interacted with me. He was fair and honest with the price, which I compared elsewhere and was competitive. He was very professional when he was doing the work and the work was quality work and I would hire him again.

“They were good. They did a nice job twice so far. Very thorough, the people that did the work. The man that did the work was knowledgeable, very efficient, and did a good job. He was fast and clean. The prices were very reasonable. This is the second time I've used him and both service, I was happy.
Description of Work: We had a leaky shower and so he had to go through the kitchen ceiling and repair the pipe. Then I had him replaced our faucet and nozzle.
