When he was starting out, he witnessed other electricians who were not focused on customer service. They either didn’t complete the work correctly or they charged customers for work that was unnecessary. Jeff believed that customers deserved electrical service that was both dependable and professional. Accurate, born out of the need for committed excellence and communication. The owner Jeff reacted promptly, was extremely courteous and flexible. We decided on a time and materials formula for pricing. Pricing was fair but not cheap. Work was done timely and professionally. Will keep his number handy for future projects!
