Vik is great!

I want to retract my first statement about Vik's Pool Service. Turned out he was having some personal issues that required ;him to go to Arizona and he couldn't answer my calls. Since that time, Vik and his crew have proved their work to be exceptional. They come every week without fail and he does a beautiful job of keeping my pool looking beautiful. I had some initial problems because i used a pool cover and it created an awful mess Vik handled it and has continued to do great work for me. Thank u Vik!

I was told the guy was going on Christmas/New Year holiday in 2023. Here it is almost the end of January and he has not shown up all month. I was billed for January however and I do not know what these charges are for. The pool looks really bad and has looked that was since mid-Dec. I have put in at least 4 calls to the owner but he is never called me back. Work was good when he did it. But he seems to come whenever he wants, there is no schedule, just sort of random.

The worst. Basically the pool guy shows up if and when he feels like it. And then leaves when the pool is still dirty. Vik's answer is the pool is very dirty and they can't take the time to clean it. Uhhhhhh, isn't that what I'm paying you for?

Answered my post right away. I have been having trouble finding any pro willing to help with an above-ground pool issue. His guy Hector was very knowledgeable and was able to immediately, correctly trouble shoot and fix the problem with my filter pump.

He's reliable. However, he has only serviced my pool just once. It's a bit soon to rate.
