+ -1 moreDisastrously bad. USA Services quoted a fixed price of $79.95 for an initial one hour service call, but they actually charged me $360. I attempted to resolve this problem by calling their customer service number (twice), writing them and leaving a message on the website (once). I was twice assured that a customer service rep would contact me within 48 hours. None did. The only people who contacted me from USA Services were collection agents with demands that I pay up. When I refused to pay this inflated price they placed a lien on my house. The Better Business Bureau of Santa Clara has logged more than 100 consumer complaints against this company and rates them 'F'. Nobody should engage this company.
Description of Work: Initial service call to check wiring and quote repairs.

+ -1 moreThe electrician (Mike) seemed to know what he was doing, but he did not appear when promised and the job ran on longer than it was supposed to take. The cleanup at the end was somewhat sloppy.
Description of Work: Replacement of two ceiling fixtures and addition of two new ceiling fixtures (total 4).
