This was the best company Iâ ve ever did business with they were very professional in every aspect of the job from beginning to end. Chris and Jake took care of the whole project and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

They had to change different crews on my roof upon bad workmanship discovered by me as owner. The job supervisor did not perform and directed the work as supposed to. In the end it took them up to four months to complete the flat roof on top of a three apartment unit building, which is not very large. The whole effort should be completed in less than a week.

I had a wonderful experience with this company, they are very professional they cleaned up very nice after each stage of the project.

The crew cleaned up very nice after each stage of the project, when they started the demolition my property looked like a junk yard but when they finished it looked brand new. The company tries to make you comfortable but at the same time they try to overcharge you.

Beware with this company Universal Builders. We have contacted with them, but they never showed up to start the work. They lied that theyâ re on their way to you, but no theyâ re actually not coming. Just be aware with this company!
