The firm apparently consists of just the two brothers, Armen & Mike. I spoke with Armen to make the service appointment, and he was able to schedule my job within a few days. When I called back later the same day to change the appointment due to a conflict, he was just as nice and accommodating. On the day of the job, he and Mike showed up a few minutes early, and got right to work. They were uniformed and professional. They used pads and towels to absorb any leaks, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. The toilets work great and we are very happy to recommend Mike and Armen to others.

To the minute, Armen & his assistant arrived on time, introduced themselves & we showed them the plumbing issues. They quickly got to work, explained/suggested items that needed attention & finished the job in less than two hours. The men performed all of the tasks neatly & expertly; no water was splashed or dripped on the floor, no dust or mess from drilling through the wall. The overflow extension looks beautiful from the inside & out, fitting tightly against the wall. They also did not suggest any unnecessary work in an effort to make more money. Unique Plumbing & Rooter exceeded our expectations.

My toilet broke & wouldn't stop running this morning. I bought a deal. As soon as I got the email, I phone them and he returned my call shortly thereafter. He was able to come out later the afternoon and fix it. They called to asked if they can come early, which was awesome. It took them only an hour and they were very professional. I've used them before at my parent's house in which my nephew had the same glowing reviews on their service.

I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for Unique Plumbing about 3 weeks ago. I called them last week and we set up an appointment for today. Armen and Mike arrived about 10 minutes early. My first problem was low water flow in a Grohe pull-out kitchen faucet. I assumed that there was some kind of blockage in the faucet but Grohe faucets are tricky to take apart and better left to professionals. Armen and Mike were able to clear the blockage quickly and the water flow was restored. The leak in the upstairs bathroom faucet was more problematic because the stems on the water inflow pipes are very old and couldn't be shut off. They turned off the water at the main valve and adjusted a spring in the faucet which stopped the drip. They advised me that, because the spring was old and not in good shape, the drip might return at a later time and advised me that, at that time, I should have the spring, stems and main water valve stem replaced, as they were all very old and could fail. However, they did not pressure me to do the work at this time. The work took just over 30 minutes and I was very pleased to get these two long-standing problems fixed so quickly. Will definitely use them again.

Unique plumbing did what they said they would in a very professional manner, we are very happy with them and will use them for future projects.

I have used this company multiple times this year. They have been great every time. They were on time, told me exactly what they were going to do. Told me the estimated costs and have come in at the estimate or below every time. My toilet was broken, the flushing mechanism didnt work and it was an old toilet anyways which I wanted to replace with a low flow toilet. They said they would be out around 4pm with the toilet and they did the replacement within an hour or so. Their work really is outstanding and they really do try to please their customers. I am so glad I ran accross these guys.

The whole process was very easy, short, and friendly. They came out did the work within 2 hours and also made some friendly suggestions as to what to do and what not to do, so that we do not face the same problems in the future.

This was an "Angie's List Big Deal". They were supposed to clean all drains however the tech was unable to uncap one of the drains. We explained this particular drain was the main reason we called for the service. The tech moved on to the other drains and said he would send an estimate to uncap the closed drain -- to date we have not received an estimate. The tech was very rushed while working on the other drains and we didn't get the sense he was very thorough. We realize this deal was for 2 hours of service, however, being an experienced plumber, he should have known he couldn't perform the services needed within the allotted time and advised us of that when we scheduled the appointment. We would have paid for the additional time to complete the job properly. Needless to say, we won't be using his services again and will think twice about any more of "Angie's List Big Deal".

I purchased the new hot water heater, and they did the necessary installation. I did have to go and purchase additional connection flexible pipe connectors, which I thought they should have had, but the installation went quick and easy and they were very good at explaining the few questions I had.

We had water pooling below our sink. Armen showed up same day, at the time he said he would be there. he assesed the situation quickly and made the repair (replaced the drain, and replaced washers along two joints in the piping). He was professional and very helpful in explaining the issue. I would Definately recommend him again.

The plumbers came out to our area even though they indicated they did not services this far out, but made an exception. We had already purchased the disposal so we just needed installation. They were prompt, professional and the price could not be beat. About a week later there was a leak from sink drain and they came all the way out again and fixed it without additional charge. They also quoted for a shower installation for our front bathroom which we requested. I would highly recommend this company to you and your friends based on our experience.

The plumbers, bought the faucets and installed them. Everything went very smoothly and I was very pleased.

The guys were great to work with. The were friendly, punctual and hard working. They arrived when they said the would arrive and in fact, when I had a concern the next day after the service was performed, returned in the morning to verify the issue and answer my questions. I will definitely be using Unique Plumbing in the future.

Armen will be our plumber forever. He came out on a Sunday after he had worked on a project until 3 in the AM the night before. He repaired this very heavy leak with absolute experience and care and went above and beyond to make sure it would never leak again. He is a consummate professional, even his clean up showed how much he cares about doing an excellent job. I could not recommend him more highly. A great plumber and a very nice man. He even helped me deal with my insurance and gave me ideas for saving water in the future and dealing with high DWP bills.

I purchase an advertised Angies List special for 2 hours of plumbing labor for $99.00.I called the same day and Unique set an appointment for that SAME day. Although they were 10 minutes late, they called to let me know that they were on the way. They were very professional, and I was very satisfied with their work. I would use them again.

My mother and I were very pleased with their services. My mother needed a new valve in her toilet--they did not charge her for the part! We would both use this company again, and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

They were very nice, professional, and pleasant. They had good communication skills and did everything exactly as they said they would. They did the work quickly and were considerate. They cleaned up when they were finished and left everything in good order. I am really happy with them and will call them again in the future. High recommendations.

Armen and Mike were super eager to please their customer. They responded on the same day to my request to examine a stuffed drain and were prompt. When it seemed as though that problem had taken care of itself, they offered to come back the next day to be sure. When we decided it was okay, they continued to offer the full 2 hours of work I had prepaid for, even though they had made two trips. We went around, dealing with various leaks that had been unattended for years. When I asked about costs for larger projects we'd need in the future, their quotes were extremely reasonable. When we finished everything a little early, they offered to make sure that there was absolutely nothing else we might fit in during the time I had paid for. So many other service providers would have been out the door in a second. I'm happy that I called them in and I expect to provide more work for them in the future.

Called unique plumbing and rooter to service my water heater. They arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. Turned out the water heater was bad and I needed a new one. The replaced it within an 2 hours and I was back up in running in no time. They also informed me of the benefit of using a circulating pump which comes in extra handy on says when I'm running late. All in a matter of a few hours and a reasonable price. I am very satisfied by their service.

I called these guys, not knowing if they did the small stuff too as they had just done my main line last month. They came out then next day and replaced the faucet no problem. They took out the old one and put in the new one in about an hour. Everything worked great. These guys are really great!!!

They were on time and ready to go when it came to the day of the line replacement and the quote date. They gave a very fair quote and then went to work. They were very good about explaining what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, had to rent a machine to dig the trench, got that ready to go and did the job in less than a day. They dug the trench, ran the pipe, connected everything, filled the trench, replaced the grass, and got everything looking like it did before they started all in a day. Very impressive. From the quote date till the job was finished was about a week. They had to order the pipe, get the machine to dig the trench, etc. They were very professional and courteous and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs. It was a true pleasure to work with these gentlemen. I can not express enough how great they were. They delivered on their quote and more.
