I bought a $99 for 2 hours of plumbing deal (parts not included) on Angie's List with the intention of using it on the 3 plumbing projects listed. I was able to quickly get an appointment and the repairmen arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. They assessed what needed to be done and went to work on things. Unfortunately, they did not have the parts that they needed on their truck so they had to run to the hardware store to pick up the parts. They were gone for about 2 hours and said that they had to go to 3 different places to find what they needed. When all was said and done, the job took 3.5 hours, which was 1.5 hours over the 2 hour deal, for which I was charged an additional $100 (I do not know if being charged for the time it took them to find the materials - if so, it would have been helpful to know in advance. Whereas their hourly rate of $65 is reasonable, I was surprised that I had to pay the additional $100.) All told, I paid $99 for the 2 hour deal + $140.00 for parts + $100 for the additional time = $339. Otherwise, the workmanship appears to be good and I felt that they were honest and sincere. FYI - the kitchen sink shut off valve needed to be adjusted on 7/2/13, which is about a year after they did the original work. They charged me $65 for that (min. service call), however, they said that if it happened again, my faucet fixture should be replaced (it's only about 5-6 years old) and if that was the case, they would apply the $65 I paid towards that.

When I removed the old toilet, the ring and bolts holding it in place where disintegrated. They replaced the ring and bolts and installed my new toilet... quick and clean!

I noticed that there was a water leak under my sink whenever the dishwasher drained. I had never used Unique Plumbing's services before, but saw that they had received excellent reviews on Angie's List, so I gave them a call. Armen was very nice on the phone and he said that they could come to my house that same afternoon. He and his assistant (Mike?) arrived promptly., and they diagnosed that the problem was a clogged drain line from the dishwasher, which they were able to quickly fix it. It was a pleasure doing business with both of them - no hard sell by them for other services. I can see why they have received such good reviews, and I will definitely use their services next time I am in need of a plumber.

I was very happy with the service. We set up an appointment a couple hours from my call. Arman arrived a bit ahead of schedule. In addition to unclogging multiple stoppages within the line from my kitchen sink, he also discovered that the garbage disposal was cracked and leaking and needed to be replaced. He immediately went to retrieve the necessary parts in order to to install the new system. Both jobs were done within a couple hours of his initial arrival. He was very pleasant and explained everything to me along the way.

I spoke with Armen on the phone and arranged my appointment, he was very accommodating, helpful and honest. When I initially called to schedule some work for a "big deal" I had purchased, I explained the work I wanted done, and Armen thought I should wait, because he didn't think I would get my money's worth with the small job I had planned. I appreciated his honesty, and called back when I had more for him to do. When Armen and MIke arrived, they were on time and very professional. They completed the job very efficiently, and left the house very clean. They were great to deal with, and I will definitely use them again.

Armen and Mike turned up on time as they promised to fix toilet and tub . Turned out the problem was outside where the sewer system was blocked. They spent the next 3-4 hours tearing up our front garden to get to the problem. After they were done they filled up the huge hole and cleaned up their mess. You could hardly tell they'd been there. A few days later we discovered a leak in our sprinkler system where they had worked and called them. They came back almost immediately and fixed it while we were at work. Great service , good attitude!

We needed a new water heater and thought we'd save money by ordering one from a big box retailer. The crooked installers they subcontracted, however, were a nightmare of unnecessary extra charges. I ended up having to pay them something just to leave it in the garage. I called Unique and they were able to install it the next day for exactly what they said. Armen and Mike did a great job and it was worth waiting one more day for hot water. We will call them next time we need a plumber.

These guys are great! I've called them several times and every time they have fixed our problems for a reasonable price. This time we woke up to cold showers. Our water heater wasn't working. We called them and they were here within a few hours and determined the problem. Since our water heater is still under warranty, they helped us call the manufacturer to get replacement parts. They came the same day the parts arrived and repaired the water heater right away. You can't ask for more!

Each time they are on time, call when they are on their way, clean, professional and nice. The $600 is from memory of what the kitchen sink sewage pipe replacement cost. I have tried many plumbers or handymen to work on my 60 year old house, and Armen is the best.

Armen arrived at my house an hour after my call for help. Our bathroom remodel was butchered by the previous plumber, but Armen made a variety of changes, fixes, and suggestions that were spot on. His work was perfect, neatly done, and in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend and plan to use in the future for a bathroom addition. They do repairs as well-- one stop shop.

As always with Unique Plumbing, we were completely satisfied with every aspect of our encounter. We have now used their services for two minor jobs, one moderately difficult job and one very complex remodel, and I would recommend them without reservation for their reliability, timeliness, professionalism and thoroughness.

We had a really bad experience with another plumber who we had to fire. He'd left a large hole in our backyard, with open sewage pipes that needed to be fixed/replaced. Mike and Armen agreed to come in and take a look at the problem the same day. They gave us a really reasonable estimate and a quick and effective solution to the problem. Due to the urgency of the situation, they came in the next day to finish the job. They were responsive and very easy to work with. We were very obviously in a tough situation, they did not take advantage. I was very happy with their friendly attitude, and the speed at which they worked. The job was cleanly done, and they cleared up after themselves. My husband and myself were at work, and trusted them to work independently. After the job was completed (and paid for), Armen returned to make a DVD to show results. I would work with Mike and Armen again. They are reliable, and take pride in their work.

Armin and his brother were very responsive and Armin was at our house within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday morning to take care of a broken toilet flange (he actually said he'd be there by 2pm and then showed up by noon!) He was able to help us on Saturday and then came back the following week to to do some resurfacing work in the kitchen that required plumbing. We picked the countertop out on a Friday and the very next Monday, Armin and his brother were at the house by 8am, getting the counters cut and the sink installed. He also ran the lines to the fridge for our water dispenser/ice maker. They were done and out of the house by 4pm, same day. I would definitely call Armin again for any plumbing needs.

My kitchen sink was never working right after our kitchen remodel. I had a party coming up and wanted to get it snaked asap. Armen and Mike were able to come out right away and were really professional and nice. It took about a hour to resolve this issue. They suspected a cloth was blocking one of the pipes which made it difficult to clear but they kept trying until the sink was draining well. Armen even helped me take out a broken sprinkler head, which was stripped, at no charge. We've done some heavy remodeling in recent years and I would definitely use them again. They are likely one of the first, if not the first people, i would call. They are honest, sincere, and nice guys. Give them a shot and see for yourself.

Armen and his team have done two large jobs at my house in the past few months. The quality of work both times has been exceptional. Armen is always on time and the job is always finished on schedule. Armen remains on site the entire time (no subcontractors stepping in and taking over). He and his team are knowledgable, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend this company without reservation. You can trust them to do a remarkable job.

It went OK, but the worked was fairly aggresive in having me complete an evaluation form, he said for Angies List, so that I don't have to do it later. Seemed like it did not work, since I am doing the review here. Don't know if he told a lie in order to get me to complete it, it seemed odd. I would not use them again because they are too far away and i don't like being pushed to write an evaluation by workers.

They arrived on time and checked out the shower. They removed the parts and fixed what needed to be fixed--it's a temporary fix as the show needs to be reworked in order for the issue not to occur agai. They replaced the equipment and cleaned up. We discussed doing further work and they ave me a loose estimate.

I called Armen of Unique Plumbing because I saw that he was highly rated here. Before I could use their services, I refered him to a friend of mine who was going to do a complicated and extensive bathroom remodeling. He used their services and was extremely satisfied. So when my project came about, I was more than happy to call them and try them out myself. Calling Armen was a breeze, he always answers his phone. I explain to him the problem and he scheduled the appointment on a Saturday which I was more than happy since I am off on Saturdays. We set it up for 9am, and he was on time, even early. Armen and his brother MIke tried to fix the problem, but it was greater than we suspected and they did not have the part. We had to set up another appointment to give them a chance to order the part. He gave me a specific day and time and sure enough they were there on time. With the part and having studied the problem, the repair was a breeze and done very well. They really know their trade as I felt very comfortable that they would solve the problem totally. At the end they also cleaned up the area, as if nothing was ever worked on.

Fixed toilet still needs tinkering with. All other work fast & excellent.

The installation of the kitchen faucet went without a hitch. They even installed a soap dispenser I had puchased without charging me for it.

Prompt, on-time arrival and fast and courteous service. Had everything reinstalled in under an hour (It helped that I had all parts laid out and ready for him). Very professional. Would hire again without second thought.

The brothers Armen and Mike have helped us before. I called Armen at 4:30 PM with a major leak due to stopped drains. Armen and Mike were at our house within 90 minutes, problem fixed within one hour. The only thing I am sorry about is that they don't do all the work required at our house in EVERY catagory on Angies List. They are outstanding workmen, very nice guys, and very trustworthy. It is rare to find a business that does such "over-the-top" work. We will never use another plumber. Thank you Armen and Mike at Unique Plumbing and Rooter.

Had a sudden backup in two bathrooms with water everywhere. Called and they were able to come out quick and unclog. Had to work extra hard because of poor access to the main line but it wasnt a problem. Also put in extra time to get at a tough clog in bathtub despite late hour... Really pleased with service...
