It went really well. The plumber arrived early and was incredibly professional.

Armen showed up early (!) and went straight to his tasks and was extremely polite and professional. I had a list of 5-6 items and he was able to get them all done in a short amount of time. My hubby did the running around for parts and Armen was able to focus on what needed to get done. |Service providers can often be quite messy, but Armen cleaned up everything as he worked! |Yes, I would use his service again, absolutely.

He was on time and friendly--very professional, and inspected the garbage disposal. While under the sink he hand-cranked the blades, then was able to locate something blocking them. Problem solved. He refused to take any money. He spent about 15 minutes, but also had to drive all the way over. I've never had a repairman say, "Don't worry about it," when it comes to money. I wish life was that easy with my wife. A dishonest repairman could have said there was something wrong with disposal and charged me to replace it. Bravo to Armen and Unique Plumbing for their generosity and integrity.

Called to set up a same day appointment. Unique Plumbing was able to come out in a few hours which was much appreciated. They arrived a little early and were able to accommodate interruptions while I was working from home. Again, very helpful and appreciated. Used an Angie's Deal to purchase and incurred a small additional charge for the roof work. Great company to work with!

We used an Angie's List coupon for general plumbing because our toilet kept flushing on its own. The fellow came out and took less than an hour to fix the problem. He said to hold onto the coupon and use it again (for free) for the next plumbing issue. He was great.

He did very well, very quickly. He was reasonable in price as well. I will be using his services in the future again.

First of all, this is the 3rd time I've used Unique Plumbing and I've never been disappointed. Armen and Mike arrive on time (or even a little early) and won't leave until everyone is satisfied that the job was done properly. This was a bit of an emergency. Pipe was broken or come loose in 3 different locations above the garage. Water was pouring down like rain. Armen and Mike arrived asap, found out where all the water was coming from, and took almost an entire day to fix it. It is a relief to know that, in an emergency, there is an honest, hard working team that I can rely on in a pinch.

Fixed the leaking faucets (hot and cold) for the washing machine intake. The technician arrived on time, corrected the problem quickly, very reasonably priced (the big deal covered the cost of the visit – all I had to pay for was the parts.

I came back from vacation to discover I had no hot water in my shower and my toilet was leaking. I had problems scheduling a plumber to come out in the time frame I wanted, so I joined Angie's List to search for a highly rated plumber in my area. Unique Plumbing & Rooter's name came up. They called me to schedule an appointment pronto and my problem was solved.

The installer is very professional and well care of my bathroom. He changed the toilet but no messing around the bathroom. After he changed the toilet, he was take care all the trashes and clean the floor. I also asked him to check my drain in the bathroom. He was quickly determined the issue and fix it for me. perfect job.

We purchased one hour of service to fix our leaking kitchen faucet. Armen was very prompt and quickly diagnosed that we had a defective faucet. He suggested that I contact the store where I purchased the faucet to see if I could get a new one under warranty. The store obliged and Armen came back the same day and installed it at no additional charge. He was very nice and I would highly recommend Unique Plumbing and Rooter.

Excellent! On time. Both drains were tricky. Shower drain angles sharply and sink drain required taking pipes apart. Both clogs were pretty huge. Kind enough to give me a 15% (not the usual Angie's List 10%, but 15%) discount which I really appreciated. Also, he was nice to my elderly dogs! A lovely experience all the way around.

Armen is so helpful! I called him when our sewer line backed up on a Sunday. He was able to come out within a few hours and the price was very reasonable, especially for a weekend call. I have hired him before for other plumbing issues, and he gives honest advice about the nature of the problem and the solutions. I would call him first for any plumbing issue.

Excellent, was here within a half an hour. Fixed the problem in no time, and checked all other plumbing under the sink to make sure there was no other leaks.

Armen came earlier than the promised time on Saturday afternoon and after quickly diagnosing the situation, drove out to purchase the part needed for repair. I've had the same issues with my bathtub fixture in the past and have had multiple plumbers come out to assess the situation and perform a quick fix that resulted in the same problems. Armen was the only one that pointed out to me that there was a part that needed to be replaced, and he was able to fix it right away. He was able to find the part relatively quickly, too, and although I ended up paying him for overtime, it was well worth it because he also helped with other minor issues that I didn't ask for beforehand, and now I have the peace of mind that I won't be facing another water leak for a good while. I appreciated Armen's honesty and will definitely use his services again, and will recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors.

It was a Saturday afternoon, but they came out promptly, were friendly, did a professional job for a fair price, and explained why they they did what they did to my satisfaction. A very good experience and I will definitly use them again.

What I thought was a simple fix turned out to be more involved, but in the process I learned the source of my escalated DWP bill, which was not the original reason for the call. He also gave me an invoice for DWP so that I could apply for a discount from them for my water bill, potentially saving me some money. Because the job was bigger and I did not have the funds, he suggested I get a second opinion and also offered alternative ways to fix it temporarily, but I decided to have him do the whole job and put it on credit card. He showed up promptly to do the larger job (even early), put down drop cloths to protect the floor, cleaned up afterwards and finished the job sooner than I expected.

After searching through Angie's List, we called Armen to clear a clogged main line. It was in the middle of a three day holiday weekend, but Armen promptly took our call and arrived about an hour later. He cleared the pipe, and made sure all the showers , sinks, and toilets were functioning properly. He's a skilled professional, his fee was very reasonable, he was pleasant and courteous, and his prompt response to our emergency call saved us from what might have been two days without the use of showers or toilets. As we told him, he just found a new steady customer. Absolutely an A+ rating.

Armen came promptly, even on a Sunday. He was able to solve the issue and show me the source of the problem.

He was wonderful. Called in the morning, and was available to come out that afternoon. Also gave me a quote over the phone which he honored. Great to work with. Saved their number in my phone for future uses.

Mike came, and was very professional. He listened to all the questions I asked and concerns I had, and was very patient and polite in his responses. He was even able to quote me a price for some work on my kitchen not related to plumbing.

They are very responsive and flexible with your schedule. They show up on time and are very professional and honest. I definitely plan on using them again.

Our plumbing backed up into our downstairs shower and sinks and flooded the floors. The emergency plumber who came out at night to clear the drain, couldn't do it that night, and gave an estimate of $3500 to do the work the next day. The next morning we called around to other plumbers reco'd on Angie's List and Armen at Unique Plumbing was available to do the work that same day for half the price quoted by Mr. Rooter. He and his team were professional and polite and worked quickly. Our house was built in the 1930s on a hillside, so who knows what the plumbing and pipes are like going from the house to the city pipes in the street. We were worried that we'd have to repair the whole line, and we couldn't figure any of that out until the clean-out was installed so they could properly clear the drain. They put in the clean-out and then were able to hydro-jet the line and cleared the blockage and some tree roots, and the line was not in need of more repairs. They were great!

As usual, my experience with Unique Plumbing was exceptional. I called them late in the afternoon and they were at my house first thing in the morning. After analyzing the problem, they recommended that they install a shut-off valve (for the same cost to cap-off the line) as that would be preferable once we eventually repair the ice maker. They quickly installed the shut-off valve and tested it to make sure that there were no further leaks. They are extremely honest, their rates are very fair, and they are a pleasure to work with.
