Armen came on time. He was very informative. He finished the work in very reasonable time. The work was done right .The price was right . He is very professional . Definitely will call again

Armen answered our call and was available to stop by that same morning. We had purchased a new gauge so he replaced it on the spot! He had looked at the job and knew it could be difficult but still gave us a fixed price. As he did the job, it did become more complicated but he continued and installed the gauge successfully.

We recently installed new tiles in our bathroom and suspected a leak at our toilet since the tiles created a greater separation between the bottom of the toilet the sub-floor. Unik Plumbing came to inspect and although there were no leaks, they saw that the wax rings were not properly installed. They provided new wax rings free of charge and fixed the issue. My wife said that Unik Plumbing was very professional and was very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to others for plumbing issues.

Came on time and completed the replacement of my garbage disposal efficiently. Very polite and professional.

It turned out alright. Armen came out, was efficient, on time, and got the work done. They were also easy to schedule with and helpful I called them.

I had already received several lowball quotes from both licensed and unlicensed providers. I had also called several highly rated providers who seemingly could not be troubled to pick up the phone. I called Armen because of his reviews on Angie's list. He answered on the second ring and was out the next day to assess my needs. He quoted for the job, and i haggled a bit for new faucets and a dryer vent install to be included. Price and scope of work agreed. We arranged a time later in the week, and he arrived as scheduled. Work done ahead of schedule. Quality and to code. He phoned me near the end of the job to inquire whether my wife had left on any gas, prior to him turning it back on (he had to turn it off to install the new line). This impressed me. I came home later in the day, looked at the work and was satisfied. Later, my wife noticed a detail of the installation that she wanted changed. We contacted Armen, and he came out a couple days later and made the changes she requested. No complaint, no charge, no hassle. Overall pleasant experience and I will use him again.

On 6/17/14, Armen gave us a free in-home estimate to replace some piping under our master bathroom sink. Our home was built in the 1950?s and the current P-traps won?t fit our old fixture. He arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment time, explained the differences between brass and ABS pipe fittings, was very professional, knowledgeable and his estimate was competitive.

If you?re looking for an honest plumber who does exceptional work, look no further. Unique Plumbing, run by two brothers, Armen and Mike, is the answer to your prayers. They did meticulous work by cleaning out the kitchen pipe, replacing two rusted galvanized pipes and replaced the drainpipe, (which they had to do under the crawl space), for far less than what I was quoted from other plumbers. They are friendly, courteous, with good ethnics. They are truly a rare find. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and have them do your plumbing. I feel lucky to have to found them.

Armen & Mike are great, their knowledge & demeanor is very professional and patient. They takes the time to fully understand the issues and pain points. When it come to ANY plumbing issues they are phenomenal; fully understand their trade, will not recommend any unnecessary work, does not try and oversell, just makes informed observations which as a new homeowner helps quite a bit so as to put projects in phases and decide what should be done immediately. The service turned out well. We ended up need them to do some additional work. They cleaned out the piping and checked the piping all the way to the sewer to check for blockages. The installed an easy turn off vale, as well. They were great with the cleanup. The technicians were very pleasant and seemed to know what they were doing.

I made an appointment with Armen the following day. He arrived early (nice), assessed the situation and promptly replaced the portion of the pipe that was leaking. Armen also gave me a very reasonable quote on replacing the entire pipe when the time comes for it's replacement. I am very pleased with Unique Plumbing & Rooter. I plan to use them for all my plumbing needs.

In and out very quickly - professional and CLEANED UP Afterward - Armin was a very nice- smiling fellow.

The service went well. They hosed out a line that goes to a sewer. They rooted out roots from a tree that grows into the sewer.

I had two big leaks under the kitchen sink and had to shut the water off on a Sunday. Needless to say it was something that we needed fixed asap. After checking Angie's List, I called Unique Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon. Within 15 minutes I had a returned call and a first-thing Monday morning appointment. Unique Plumbing arrived early, diagnosed the problems and had the parts on the truck to fix everything. Within an hour, everything was fixed, cleaned-up and leak-free. Unique Plumbing sent two men who were very professional, personable and knew what they were doing. The cost was less than what I had expected and they gave me an Angie's List discount. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are excellent. I would not use any other plumbing company!

Armen came out last Friday to unclog our mainline and showed me with his line camera that roots have engulfed my mainline out to the street. After using a rooter it still didn't clear all of the roots. Armen said he estimated anywhere from one week to six months before we would run into problems again and gave us two solutions. One was to completely rebuild the mainline and the other, much lower cost solution, was to Hydrojet the main line. At the time I wasn't ready to make a decision but knew time was ticking. Then Tuesday the line started acting up again and so I called Armen. He came out the next morning on time at 8am as promised. It took him about 1 1/2 hours and the line was clean as new! The best part is he allowed me to watch the entire service on the same screen the technician was using to clean the line. This Hydrojet really does the job and at a fraction of the cost of putting in a new main line.

Where do I start? I can not be happier with Armen and Unique Plumbing. Late on a Thursday afternoon both of our toilets and the bathtub started to fill up with water. I immediately knew it was our main line. The last time we had it cleaned was 22 years ago and I knew this day was coming. I called my usual pecking order of plumbers I've used over the years but no one was answering their phone at 5:30pm. Then I went to Angies List and called two "A" list plumbers. Armen answered his phone and said he could be there in 20 minutes. 15 minutes later Armen was parking his truck in front of my house. He was neatly dressed and very professional. I gave him a summary of the history and helped him find our clean out pipe in front of the house. Armen cleaned the main line and showed me the roots that dragged out with the line. We then discussed my options and then he ran his video line up the main line on him so I could see what was happening. I can safely say this was the absolutely best service call I have ever experienced. Armen was a true professional and when he ran the video line for free I was sold. This company is the real deal. I can't give a reason why someone would not want to hire Armen and Unique Plumbing. I've dealt with with many service providers over the years and Armen was very easy to work with and I knew he was honest. No wheeling and dealing or talking around the subject to jack the price or sell more services. He gave it to me straight. Unique Plumbing is the real deal and what any property owner is looking for in a plumbing company coming into your house to do work. It doesn't get much better than Unique Plumbing!

I realized I never left a review for this service which is unfortunately, as I cannot recall the details including how much we paid (but it was a reasonable amount for a last minute emergency service call on the weekend). I do recall that this was an emergency plumbing visit (a leak perhaps?) and the service was on a weekend. The plumber was gracious, punctual, reasonably priced, professional and helpful. I would absolutely use this provider again in the future!

I saw their deal for a water heater install as I was looking to have mine replaced. I called Unique for more details on the offer and they were very upfront and clear on what was covered and what may be extra. I also called 3 other plumbers some off Angie's list. He came in at the best price (because of offer, true value was around the same price as others.) So when I made up my mind to use them and call to confirm it, we set a date for the next day. They arrive before the appointed time and and preformed the work to my satisfaction. Discussed some future options in plumbing work which could wait. They removed all old materials and left the are clean and neat. The were also friendly and up front about pricing, did not try to up-sell additional items, which one other plumber tried to do.

What did the provider do? Unique Plumbing fixed a problem caused by another plumber a few days earlier, i.e., the other plumber broke the seal of the sewer cast iron/steel pipe inside the wall while cleaning the kitchen drain. resulting in the bathroom being flooded on the other side of the kitchen wall. Unique Plumbing cut a 15" section of drywall on the bathroom side exposing the problem. He then cut a 15" section of the sewer line and replaced it with plastic pipe and reconnected the kitchen drain in the process. I called a contractor to patch the hole in the drywall after Unique Plumbing left. The work was done in two hours including going out to local area to get supplies for the repair. He charged $450.00. How did it go? I called Unique Plumbing at 7:30 am. and left a message...call returned by a plumber and a time of 11 am was established...he arrived a 10:30 am. I was pleased that the owner/plumber came out to do the job, not a "trainee" or someone with limited experience.He was very methodical and established, after turning all water in bath and kitchen on, that the leak in the sewer line was not under slab but probably in the wall above the slab. I gave permission to cut a hole in the bath area for exposing the sewer line wherein water came out when the kitchen faucet was turned on. confirming the problem area. I was disappointed in the process, however, that he did not take any precaution to protect the bathroom tile floor when he cut the hole in drywall. I gave him a drop cloth before he cut the pipe to protect the floor from any tile damage if he dropped any tools by accident. I rated Unique Plumbing a "B" for professionalism because of this (we had just finished remodeling the bath) and a "B" as $450 seems high for two hours work with limited parts needed and we had someone else to repair the drywall.

We purchased a deal for a new garbage disposal to be installed - there was an additional issue that came up due to an essentially leaky already existing pipe. We knew it was truly leaky as we had experienced the leaking ourselves previously. There would have been no point to not have made the necessary repair and end up with a new garbage disposal that leaks so even though we were clearly in the position where we had to have the extra work done, we were given what we felt was a fair price for the additional work to be done. We are so happy to have worked with you! You're such a pleasant, honest and thoughtful, professional plumber. I think anyone who is considering working with you will be pleased that they did. Thank you again for helping us with our home today.

All seemed reasonable.||The unfortunate price was for installing the new faucet, a job which took less than 45 minutes total. I had already purchased the faucet, and they charged $320 to install it. Don't know whether this was an error on their part. Maybe they mistakenly gave a price that included a company provided faucet. I had it done, because the old faucet was unusable.The work was performed professionally, and I would use them in the future, but I would definitely challenge pricing if I felt it out of line.

It went good. Everything went well. They're straightforward guys. They gave me a reasonable deal. They didn't try to do anything that they didn't have to do. They found out that it wasn't the drain but actually the sealer around the tub, which saved me a whole bunch of money. When I called them for the second opinion on the main sewer line they came out and gave me a quote to hydrate. They came in a few hundred dollars cheaper than everyone else. They did a really good job. They're great.

The guys from Unique Plumbing were professional and prompt when they gave us a quote and when they came out to do the service over two different dates. We had one gentleman come to give us the quote and schedule the work and then we were pleasantly surprised when 2 guys showed up to do the work on our appointment! Not only did that mean the work would be done sooner - but they charged us the same as 1 guy! They were done so quickly we regained back our Saturday! The reason they needed to come back another time - is that we discovered more work needed to be done on the front faucet and they needed to order a part. But they followed up with us when the part was in and the work was completed a few Saturdays later. We highly recommend them!

The two year old faucet was leaking so I complained to Moen and they sent a replacement cartridge. The plumber was able to replace the cartridge but the faucet continues to leak. So I'm not too happy about the situation. I don't know if the faucet is defective or the plumber's installation was the problem.
