+ -1 moreTHE WORKER WAS 5 MINUTES EARLY ON HELPING ME OUT WITH MY PROBLEM SITUATION. HE HELPED ME BY TELLING ME SOME OF THE PROBLEMS TO WHY THE LOCK WILL NOT CLOSE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HE SURE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. HE WAS A HARD WORKING MAN.
Description of Work: THE WORK THAT THE WORKER HAS DONE WAS REALLY GOOD. THE WORKER HAD FIXED THE LOCK OF MY HOUSE DOOR FROM NOT BEING ABLE TO LOCK BY FIXING THE SCREWS THAT WERE BEING PLACED.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT REPLACING THE LOCKS BUT THEY SHOWED UP LATE WITHOUT NOTICE. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC THOUGH, AND OFFERED US SPECIAL DISCOUNTS.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED NEW SECURITY LOCKS INTO 2 OF OUR SECURITY LOCK DOORS. THEY ALSO PROVIDED US WITH 2 SETS OF NEW KEYS TO THE 2 NEW LOCKS. THEY GAVE US A CERTIFICATE AS WELL.
