Description of Work: Our house is subject to flooding because it's at the bottom of a hill. They went under the house and realized that parts of the foundation were cracked, one being a very large crack. They ended up ripping out the deck and broken concrete on the back of our home. After they ripped that up they found several other bad leaks. They filled the cracks and put a waterproof membrane around the foundation, they put in re bar and mesh on the outside of the waterproof membrane, and poured concrete around the foundation.

Description of Work: Termite Report was extensive and competitive. Raymond was polite and punctual. Will probably use them to complete the work needed and for another location we're working on as well.

 + 0 moreWent very well. We've used Titan for years. First Raymond, the owner, came out to the house to do the inspection. He is very thorough and explains things very well and comes up with a clear proposal for how to deal with the problem, with a close eye on keeping the cost to us down. He explained what needed to be done in detail, and even suggested things that we could easily do ourselves, rather than have his company do, so as to save us some money. As always, we were impressed with and very happy with the work that Titan has done for us.
Description of Work: Inspection and spot treatment of termites on our front, wood, stairs and along the fascia board at the back of the house.

 + -1 moreI think they were great about doing the additional work with no problems. They came right on time and got the work done as quickly as they could. I would certainly go to them in the future.
Description of Work: They inspected our home for termites before we bought and after we moved in, we found six windows with termite damage. They came back out at no cost to fix the problem.
