 + -1 moreHe was able to fix it in record time. He also gave me some pointers on my startup programs and explained why my bootup was so slow. If I had ignored the problem, I would have fried my computer.
Description of Work: My old Sony computer was giving me error messages and the CPU temperatures were too high. I took it in thinking I would have to leave it. Steve opened it up to see if he could figure out the problem right then. The fan in my power supply had a worn out bearing. He was able to adapt a generic fan he had in stock to fix the problem. Sony parts, especially on old computers, are hard to find because they are proprietary. Sony is no help.

 + -1 moreTHEY LOOKED TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT AND THEY FIXED IT. THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD AND THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AS WELL AS FIXED IT QUICKLY.
Description of Work: WE TOOK MY COMPUTER THERE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WORKING THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO.

 + -1 moreSEAN CAME ON TIME AND ASKED ABOUT OUR PROBLEM AND THEN WENT RIGHT TO WORK. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. SEAN MADE SURE WE WOULD NOT HAVE FURTHER TROUBLE.
Description of Work: THEY REBUILT THE COMPUTER. THEY INSTALLED VIRUS PROTECTION, SPYWARE & ADWARE PROTECTION, PROGRAMS AND ALSO MADE SURE WE WOULD NOT HAVE ANY MORE TROUBLE WITH OUR LAPTOP IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
