+ 0 moreThe technician spent a lot of time with me helping set up browser extensions, 3rd-party applications, and OS configurations which heightened my browsing safety, automated protective services, and overall made my computer experience better. For example, he helped me install a chrome extension / application called BitWarden, which helped me to centralize my multitude of passwords under one security umbrella. I had a great experience wiht this technician and I would recommend him to anyone who is struggling with an IT issue or wants to discover new applications which help streamline user experience.

+ 1 moreI hired Saren in when I got “hacked” and Saren was able to find the culprit “the Russians”, he saved everything, also found and removed spyware from my computer. Being not so “computer savvy” Saren was very patient with me as being deaf he knew to speak slowly and be patient. Saren was willing to take the time to teach me password, and account security. Since then whenever I have an issue or question Saren is there to help he is my go-to-ever since then. Saren helped me with all of my Apple devices and set up my Google Wi-Fi mesh network across the house. I appreciate his computer knowledge.
