He won't lie to you and will tell you the God's honest truth; something that is ever so important when you are departing with a sizable amount of money. He will tell you realistically what you are looking at with budget things, and I cannot stress how important and appreciated that was for us. We hired Curt Sturgill to design an addition and remodel of our home in Pasadena. Curt was a pleasure to work with and regularly kept us updated throughout the design process, the drafting of construction documents, and final approval of the plans by the city. Our project involved the addition of a master suite and a complete renovation of our kitchen, and Curt was very helpful in helping us bring our vision to a reality. He understands how to work with the city planners and building department and was able to handle any concerns they had in a timely manner, so that our plans could be approved. We were very happy with the architectural and design services provided by Curt. He is very easy to work with and a great architect.

Our project was to remodel the master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and family room of a 1946 Califrornia ranch style home. It involved extendning walls, foundation and roof, as well as plumbing and electrical work. We wanted a more functional home which kept the design sense of a 1940's home. Curt's design accomplished that beautifully, and was accepted by the city on first submission. The wonderful thing about Curt is his ability to blend excellent technical skill and a keen sense of design with a real ability to listen carefully to the client's goals, and thus meet those goals. We give Curt Sturgill our best 5 star recommendation!

Curt Sturgill is very knowledeable and friendly. He was quick to recognize any conditions on site that may require additional attention to facilitate the project through the plan check and approval process, as well as increase the overall safety of the building. He is willing to answer any questions you may have and is a true professional. I highly recommend him.

Curt is very personable and took time to listen to our ideas as well as discuss alternatives. While we are still underway with the completion of building but Curt's finished plans are great. In fact, each of the Contractors we have met with (for quotes) have marveled at his attention to detail. We would highly recommend Curt!
